I have been a patient for around 12 years and have always has an amazing experience. On many occasions, Dr. Bao would stay long after closing time to address any problems I have. Sometimes, I have walked in last minute without making an appointment, and she makes sure to help me any way she can. She is very professional, asking many questions to make sure she knows the extent of my problems. She is also very friendly, making small talk to ensure that I am comfortable and not nervous. When there is a problem with my eye care, she makes sure to spend time to fix it quickly and efficiently. I do not know why there are so many bad reviews for this business, because frankly, I have never experienced any of the problems they have addressed. I hope that you can look past those hateful comments and try out Eagle Eye. I feel this business is a very family-friendly yet professional business, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly environment to optimize your eye care.

Doctor left 30 minutes before closing time and would not give me my prescription . Very bad service and the woman at the front desk was very rude. 医生三十分钟之前就离开诊所。前台的人也都很粗鲁甚至处方都不给。

i have been a patient at eagle eye center for years. the doctor listens to my need and explains things patiently which make me comfortable wearing their glasses. i have bought my computer glasses, driving glasses and sun glasses with them and they all work perfect.

Dr. Bao is warm and detailed. My mom received very good care in her clinic. The price was also cheaper than other places. We can get our glasses within an hour. Its really convenient.
