The entire staff here could not be nicer, friendlier or more helpful and accommodating. There is no need to go the extra mile for me as I just need basic veterinary services from them, but they do it anyway and with a smile. The facilities are clean and welcoming and the veterinarian is great. I actually look forward to taking my animals for check ups now that I go here. I definitely recommend this location. Thank you Lake Mary Townpark Banfield, keep on doing what youre doing!

I cant even begin to say how wonderful Banfield is. We have a Lab mix that has seizures, and from day one that we took him in they have been nothing but kind and compassionate towards us. If we have a question they are patient, if we worry he may have had a seizure we are always welcome to come in and see a doctor. All in all this office has the nicest staff. I highly recommend this veterinarian office to anyone that wants good treatment and excellent care.

Amazing. When we first adopted "the boys," we took them to another vet in the area for several months, but decided to switch. SO thrilled we did. These ladies and gentlemen are worth it; they cared as much about our boys as we do. If youre in Lake Mary, these are the folks to visit. NO huge wait, just compassion and care. I love the excellent care my pets receive from Dr. Hayes and his team each time we go. Plus the hospital is always clean. The atmosphere is very tranquil, unlike some of the Banfields I have been to that are in a Petsmart.

Im a wellness program member, I think its a decent value for a maintenance/check-up program and its good at several locations. We switched from the Lake Mary location since its closer for us, great staff and service.
