This is not my primary dentist. My primary is out of town on vacation, and his practice referred me to Dr. Hartman. What a LOVELY TEAM! I was seen as a non patient same-day because I was concerned I had cracked a tooth. They still made time for me!! I was treated with compassion and kindness by the entire staff. I will 100% be recommending friends and family to that location. The office itself is comforting, so those leery of going to the dentist dont need to worry! You can grab a nice complimentary beverage while you sit on a couch and watch television (And you can even change the channel!). Youre then welcomed to your chair with another television ready to distract you, but it is unnecessary because the staff is so lovely. I was impressed by the facilities and the team itself. I was incredibly impressed.

I had an abscessed wisdom tooth removed this morning. I was very anxious about pain. I did not experience any pain before, during or after the extraction. This is truly remarkable. My doctor and his staff were professional, efficient and very supportive. This was truly a pain free dental procedure. Actually, it is amazing. The doctors skill, and all of the cutting edge dental equipment made this a totally pain free experience. I would recommend Timber Ridge Dentistry to anyone who wants the best possible dental procedure experience. I am still amazed.

This is the best dentist office I have been to and I have gone to a lot of different dentists to find one that accepted my insurance. The front office staff is friendly and I dont have to wait for my appointments. The office is clean and stylish with a complimentary beverage bar. My hygienist was so nice and explained everything to me. X-rays are easy to take since this office has all the newest tech. I am terrified of needles but when Dr. Hartman gave me a shot, I felt nothing! Literally nothing!

EXTHELENT THERVITHE! I jutht had thome filingth thith morning and I jutht have to thay, I didin feel any pain at aww, I didin even feel the thyrinthe when he numned my gumth. The dentitht had me in and ow in one owuh! Thuper awethome work, I will thertainly be back again... Cause letth be honetht... I thtill aint gonna remember to floth properly. Thorry if youre having a hard time reading thith, my tongue ith thtill numb! Tooth thumbth up!

Great experience throughout. They were able to get us in on short notice for my sons toothache. The waiting area had refreshments and games for him to play. This facility really is state-of-the-art. Dr. Hartman and his hygienist were both very friendly and answered all my questions. Most importantly, my son was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Thanks the everyone there for making this experience a good one!

One of the few dentist that I been two that I personally have had a good positive experience and they work that they have done is amazing. The stuff is very friendly and through on everything. They explained everything they was doing. Ask plenty of question. Always made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. I would recommend them to any one that looking. They will be my family primary dentist for know on.

I was somewhat disappointed. I would have rescheduled if I knew that Dr Nathan would not be there. While the young tech did her best, I didnt feel she has the training to create a plan to remedy my terrible teeth. Dr Scott came in for a second but still not a satisfying discussion. They were genuinely interested in resolving my toothache - and they did and it was pain free! I will definitely be going to Timber Ridge for all my dental needs.
