Zieba Family Dentistry is and will stay the only place I can go to get anything done to my mouth! This may sound extreme but it is true. I used to dread and find excuses to cancel my yearly check ups to the dentist, before going to Zieba Family Dentistry. I had actually gone 4 years without seeing a dentist! Of course that wasnt good for my teeth and I actually had pain in a few areas in my mouth but I still refused to go because of such painful experiences at other places. I met Heather Zieba at The Elegant Child, where her son was attending. I thought she was such a kind person. One day she over heard me complaining about my tooth hurting and how I didnt want to go to the dentist. Heather sweetly told me that her husband and herself owned a practice and that I really should get my tooth looked at. I said I would make an appointment, I wasnt excited to go but already Heather had somehow put me at ease a bit and Im so glad she said something, I needed that just to get me into a dentist office! As soon as I walked in my anxiety lessened, Zieba Family Dentistry has such a home like feeling to it. The atmosphere is calming in itself. The first person I met was Debbie, at the front desk, she made any anxiety I had left disappear! She was so sweet, very welcoming and some how she got me laughing even though this was my first dentist appointment in 4 years! I found it impressive! By the time I was in the chair for a cleaning I had no stress at all and oddly it wasnt returning! The best part and what has kept me coming back is that whoever works on my teeth is always someone who is gentle. Each cleaning that I have had done, all the cavities I had to get after my long time away from a dentist, the Ziebas and their staff took care of it all for me with such a gentle touch! Everyone in the office makes sure to ask how you are and the dentist will make sure you are comfortable every step of the way! I have moved since that first appointment many years ago and I am now more than an hour away. I gladly make the trip out! It is worth it to my husband and I to have a good experience. Like I said I will never go anywhere else! I am excited to have a dentist that I actually enjoy going to! I would have never imagined that it is possible to be excited to go to your dentist! I also look forward to having a dentist that I will feel good about taking my children to! I know that everyone at Zieba Family Dentistry would make a child feel so excited, they would make it fun for a child! Which I am sure Ill treasure as a mother.

Let me tell you about Zieba Family Dentistry.....they are AMAZING! I am probably the biggest baby and the worst patient to ever walk into their office. I am the one with the white knuckles gripping the arms of the chairs so tightly Im surprised they dont fall off, heart racing, sweat dripping down my back....you get the picture. As I have said a million times, I would rather give birth than go to the dentist. Dr. Heather and Dr. Charlie are so patient with me, and so reassuring. They never make you feel "silly", they go out of their way to make you comfortable. The entire staff is that way. You are greeted by Debbie when you walk in the door. She always has a smile on her face, and you can talk to her like she has been your best friend your entire life! Melissa is there to hold your hand if needed and always makes you feel much better! The entire staff treats you like family and they make you feel like you are the only patient they have. My entire family goes to Zieba Family Dentistry, that would be 5 of us. Dr. Heather and Dr. Charlie have this uncanny way of remembering everything about your family, and when you come in they always ask how everyone is and continue with the last conversation like you never left. And they share stories about their family with you. I love that everyone in the office is so warm and friendly. I actually look forward to going just so I can see everyone. And on top of all of that, they do great work! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone I know, and I would not take my family anywhere else. Their name says it all....Zieba "Family" Dentistry.....love them!

Drs. Charles and Heather Zieba are amazing dentists. They and their entire staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. Ive gone to other dentists who have made me feel like I am just another patient, not at Zieba Family practice ! One thing I really like is they dont do unnecessary dental work. Ive had other dentists who have told me I had to have all my fillings replaced immediately. Dr. Charles evaluated my teeth and replaced the fillings only if and when necessary. Another time, I thought for sure I was going to have to have an entire filling replaced and was all ready to do it when Dr. Charles recommended against it. He could just do a partial filling so as to not further weaken the structure of the tooth. It worked out great! Both my husband and I have been going to Zieba Family Dentists since they took over the practice. Their name says it all....Family!!!!!!! They treat you like family. They are willing to work with you towards the best possible outcome. I cant say enough about how great they are. If you want to feel like more than just another patient definitely go see them!

Exceptional dental office. Dr Charles Zieba and Dr. Heather Zieba have both been my dentist ever since they opened there office many years ago. The husband and wife team have great chairside manners, and the staff is very friendly. The office is very clean and modern. What I like about being a patient here is that I feel welcome. Dr. Zieba always takes the time to explain why I need treatment, and what the alternatives are. When treatment has to be performed its pain-free mostly. I used to be anxious about going in to have work done but since I have been coming here, the thought of being hurt never crosses my mind. Once you find someone good, you stick with them! I think i will be a life-long patient here at this dental office. My advice to people would be to give them a try. I dont think you will be disappointed.

I was referred to Dr. Charles and Heather Zeiba about 2 yrs ago to look at my teeth. They were VERY discolored due to a medication my mother had taken during her pregnancy. It was so bad, I didnt even like to smile and show my teeth. I found both Dr. Charles and Dr. Heather to be very personable and decided to go with a plan to "fix" the problem. During the process, which took several visits, they worked with me carefully (I am very sensitive to tooth pain) and made sure all along the way that I was comfortable and happy with the results. I had veneers done, and they are stunning. I have had several people telll me that I look 10 yrs younger and I know its my teeth! (Nice compliment at 46!) I would and do recommend them to anyone I know needing dental work. - Anne M.
