My daughter, who has been treated there before, got sick over Thanksgiving and we called to see if we could get her in. They said that they are booked and couldnt see her since she isnt a patient there even though she’s been treated there a couple of times. They told us if we had a problem finding help to call back. We ended up calling back in about an hour since we had no luck getting an appointment to have someone look at our 5 month old and they told us that if we would switch physicians and have them as our primary then they would look at our daughter. I was shocked that they would say this. I guess an infant’s health is secondary to Stonebriar Pediatrics. Luckily everything we read on WebMD worked and our daughter quickly got over itchy eyes, a cough, sneezing, and a cry that was tough to listen too.

I dont think it gets any better than Dr. Thai and his fabulous staff. From the day my daughter was born, until the day we moved away from Dallas (over 2 years), weve never been anything but 100% satisfied. Dr. Thai really cares about kids. He is highly knowledgeable, thorough, structured, and he doesnt push medicine unnecessarily. You may have a little bit of a wait (especially for well child visits), but he always takes his time and answers any and all questions when its your turn. There was never a time that I called when my child was truly ill that they didnt find a way for her to be seen that day. In short- I love this pediatric practice and we all miss them very much!

I love Dr. Thai - he is so compassionate and caring. Most importantly, he is a tremendous diagnostician. His staff is well informed and kind and I would take my child to none other. Simply said - they are the best and this is coming from a mom with a child with significant medical issues!!

I have never had any issues here. My daughter loves Dr. Thai and they are really good with her. Very professional and kind hearted. The front receptionist Kirsten is awesome and always helpful.
