I had the worst experience at this place. I had an appointment scheduled and had to wait about hour before seeing the dentist. Once I saw the dentist, the lady was very unprofessional and made a comment that she could tell I smoked and my teeth looked horrible. I was mortified. She then began to tell me that she needed to do a deep clean and it was going to cost close to 1,400 dollars and insurance wouldnt cover that. She also said that my teeth looked like an old ladies teeth and unless I got on her plan, my teeth will never be clean or white and I needed to quit smoking because of nasty yellow stains on my teeth. Needless to say, I paid and left. I will NEVER go back there. Extremely unprofessional and rude, never been treated like that at a dentist office.

They are the nicest, most welcoming people. Immediately after I arrived they recognized i was a new customer and had all the forms. They explained clearly what is and what is not covered by insurance, everything upfront. I felt at ease asking all kinds of questions, sometimes stupid ones since Im new to dental practice in the US. They were so nice and knowledgeable about everything. The office also has Netflix!!! Wont go anywhere else!

I didnt get seen by the dentist until 1 hour after my scheduled appointment. Later, I scheduled a cleaning with another office and requested that my X-rays be emailed to other other office and they wouldnt release my records unless I paid them $25. I dont know whether this is a normal fee, but I do know that it shouldnt be. Final rating? 1.5. Disliked it, but wouldnt go so far as to say I hated it.

Dr. Drakeford and her staff are very gentle, thorough, and sensitive to my oral health and needs. I have sensitive teeth and Dr. Drakeford made sure that I was very comfortable and alleviated any and all pain and discomfort. She even set precautions in place in anticipation of pain to ensure that my procedure was painless and efficient. I am a patient for life!

I rarely leave reviews unless the experience was really bad or really good . well this time it was the latter. The staff is very friendly . The hygienist is great very knowledgeable and easy going. 2nd visit to this office..both visits were provided a great experience.

Dr. Drakeford was very gentle with me. I didnt feel any pain at all which is always my worst fear. I thanked God for her all the way home. They even called to check on me the next day! I will continue to come back to her and refer anyone I can.
