Do yourself a favor and find another vet. I suspect this guy made my dog ill on two occasions. He is concerned with pushing product $$$ at the risk of your dogs health. On several occasions I have gone with his recommendations to try shampoos(no noticeable difference), switch food (was doing fine on his current food without indecent ) until I switched (now itching like crazy and his poor little eye is red and infected from scratching. I took him in to have him checked. Mind you in the office they claim his first priory is the dog but when I called on Fri morning he was "too busy" to squeeze him in and my dog went all weekend in this condition. At our visit I refused the shampoo to treat my baby for allergy or fungus, he never was clear on the diagnosis and chose to give him the prescription meds only. He comes up to the counter where im paying my 191.00 bill for visit and meds i did accept and began accusing me of not loving my dog because i opted out of the shampoo scam. Im beside myself with the way we were treated today. I have an illness myself that is exacerbated with stress and he has done quite a good job of ruining my day. If i could give less than one star he would have a neg 10.

We took our new puppy for his first vet visit. The vet tech could not seem to understand that our puppy was a male even after we corrected him three or four times. He didnt even talk to our puppy to make him feel less scared. The vet was condescending towards us and treated us as if we were ignorant dog owners who were doing everything wrong. He was negative about our puppys breeder (who he has never met), and when we asked questions he responded in a way that made us feel stupid. We left that clinic so frustrated, and immediately drove to a different clinic to ask our questions. Our new vet is amazing, and they have a friendly and loving staff who put us AND our puppy at ease immediately! We would NEVER recommend the Pet Wellness Center to anyone. :(

This place is a joke. Took my English bulldog who is 5 years old and has never had an allergy problem in her life. She has never stayed on the same food and shes always been healthy. They told us to change her food and give her more baths and that was it no test, didnt take the time to see if there could be something else going on with her when her paws are beyond red and she has sores from the itching and scratching. Then of course they recommend science diet to us. Will never go back, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that will take the time to actually care for your pet.
