Having had an ear infection I decided come her for the first time. Unfortunately this the doctor here prescribed me only an antibiotic that hr would receive pharmaceutical kick backs from. Upon arriving at my pharmacy I learned the prescription was $65 for an antibiotic with my anthem insurance through the federal government. I had the pharmacist call the dr and request another type of anti biotic, a generic. He refused stating he gave me a coupon he received from the pharmaceutical rep which did indeed cut the cost to $35 but last time I had an ear infection my antibiotics were less than $1. This Dr is for himself and is one of many who contribute to our corporate health care system that resolves around money and greed.

My doctors office was booked for the day and suggested that I go to an urgent care facility in order to be seen before Thanksgiving. I went to the Holiday Manor office seeking medical care for my throat. Before Dr. Coorsen even examined me , he hurled an unwarranted insult at me by saying "How many other doctors have you seen today?" So if you want to be seen by a caring doctor who is focused more on tending to the needs of his patients than trying to play the role of a bad detective.....go somewhere else for a better medical experience!

The doc we usually see here goes above and beyond in comparison to even most primary care physicians. On more than one occasion, hes called to follow up and see how my child is doing a few days after our visit. The hours of operation, wait time, and level of care weve experienced here have been consistently superb.

Went to this facility on Friday. The Dr. Told me if the antibiotics didnt make me some better to call back he was working that weekend. Went out of town for pleasure and did not feel better. I called and the Dr came through to his word. Just wish all doctors would listen more. All and all this is a good facility

Needed to be seen regarding a prescription refill while Im between primary care providers. Because of that they refused to even see me and told me to call someone else due to "liability" in helping me. Utterly incompetent and dangerous as I need my medication to live

Recently went in for a severely sprained ankle. They took X-rays & showed me that I actually had a broken ankle too. Left in an air cast & on crutches. I was in & out quickly, well taken care of & treated well. Thanks
