The lady that checks patients in needs to learn to speak up and say peoplea first AND last names. This past Saturday I lost my place in line because she only said my first name (which she pronounced wrong) so I did not hear her. She said she said my name 3 times. I pronounced my first and last name for her and she said thats what she said although when she called my name to give me back my insurance card, she only said a mispronounced first name...AGAIN.

You can usually be seen quickly here compared to other urgent care centers in the area. The doctors and NP are always very helpful and efficient. The biggest downfall would be the rude front desk. They seem annoyed to be there and helping patients. Prepare for heavy eye rolling and rude annoyed responses if you ask about wait time or if they have already called your name.

This is my favorite immediate care type facility. All the doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses provide excellent service. As some of the other reviews mentioned the front desk workers can be hit or miss but I feel like thats fairly typical in most doctors offices and here theyre friendlier than most.

I told them I was running a fever and had a sore throat and they didnt take my temperature, check me for strep, or check me for the flu. They just prescribed me antibiotics without even knowing if thats what I needed. Now I have to pay to go somewhere else.

I love this place. Everyone is very polite and they will listen no matter how long the issue is. I go there more than my family physician. I highly recommend this place.

NP are great. Lady at the front desk is rude and not helpful. She assumes she knows everything and will turn you away and be rude to you in front of other patients!!!
