I understand youre not going to get called right away in any office but two hours is not only unprofessional but absolutely unacceptable. Note two hours in the waiting room not including the time you wait in the room for the Doctor to come. I came in as a new patient and the receptionist didnt bother to look at me until I awkwardly stood there longer than she anticipated. She asked oh are you new here? (If she had greeted me and acknowledged my presence then she wouldve easily known that). I decided to keep an open mind and waited anyway. People waiting already had tired impatient facial expressions and the woman next to me said she had been waiting for two hours herself. I will not be returning to this office.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Totally unprofessional. When I arrived all I heard was so many people complaining in the waiting room. They had been waiting for 2 hours. I waited for about 1 hour and 35 min. Once i finally saw the doctor, I wish I hadnt waited at all. He clearly did not care about me as a patient. He hardly even looked at me. Hes so monotone and has this dismissive attitude. You wait for nearly 2 hours, so the doctor can see you for 2 min. He wrote me a whole bunch of random prescriptions and sent me on my way. I was obviously just another number down on the books for the day and thats it.

This was a complete waste of my time. I was a new patient and arrived on time for my appointment; 45 minutes later I was informed I would not be seen for another 15-30 minutes. The reception staff was very nice and helpful; no issues/complaints there. I wound up canceling my appointment, however, because of another conflicting appointment and never met the doctor.

Amazing service! When I called the office they were super helpful and immediately offered an appointment. Even thought it was my first visit it took very little time for me to see the doctor and he was very informative and thoughtful.

Totally unprofessional with no regard for patients schedules. 8:00 am appointment and 5 of us waited outside until 8:30 before anyone showed up.
