I made an appoint meant to have a lump on my back checked out and also I had a splinter in my foot. I did not see DR. Ravits, but another practitioner in her office which caught me off guard as I thought my appointment was with Dr. Ravits. Her demeanor appeared very disinterested in any patients including myself. She took a quick look on my back and said it was probably a cyst. For the splinter she said best not to touch it without even looking at it. I asked to look at it. She said she didnt have anything to see it with (like a magnifier). Really? in a dermatology office? I also had a small skin tag and I asked about removing it. Even though it would be a fee $125, I agreed, but then she said I would have to pay a new co-pay on top of the one I just paid. Really? Needless to say I left and will stay away. I did not trust her decision on the lump and will have to visit and pay for another Dr. to look at it. Seemed like she was afraid to even touch a patient to check things out.

I decided to give her a try after a group member on FB recommended her. It was a complete waste of time and my $35 copay! The office is completely out dated along with her solutions. I went for a few things and she basically offered me several scripts that I tried a decade ago. I am certain that we have made advancements since then! She also claims to be a cosmetic Dermatologists, but has none of the latest solutions or technology. I was horrified with her recommendations. Dont waste your time or money in my opinion. I also realized that the "nurse" in the room with her was the woman who recommended her on FB.

High quality care. I had skin cancer surgery on upper eyelid with Dr. Terushkin. A confident doctor who, eases your anxiety. Did difficult surgery, appears very competent
