I absolutely loved my doctor, there may be no better. But their admin are a nightmare. Im 28, started going there when I was 16. My doctor is leaving the practice in July. The doctor they hired to replace him, whom I have never met, sent me a 10 page "bill" in the mail, claiming that I owe approx. $150 from balances going back to 2006 (when I was 16 in high school). It looks like every appointment Ive ever gone to magically has a remaining random balance of $2.35, 13.65, etc. Looks like amounts they wrote off as uncollectable literally ten years ago that now they think theyre entitled to collect, even though Ive always had good health insurance - my mom was a federal employee. Also, every time I go they tell me the balance that I owe and I pay it; I was there in January and paid the remaining balance that I owed them at that time....I will never go back to this place, what a bunch of crooks, very dsappointing.

I have been going to TRIAD for almost 5 years. There are plenty of OGBYNs closer to where I live, but I drive 15 miles, which takes almost 30 minutes, to go to TRIAD. When I am at work in Newport, RI, it takes almost an hour to get there. However, I choose to drive this far because they are great! I love the atmosphere, the nurses, and the doctors. They delivered my son 4 years ago at Tobey Hospital, and my experience there was great, too! I have seen all of the doctors and the NP and I would recommend all of them.

Doctor Adelstein is the most caring, compassionate doctor I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He has helped me through two miscarriages and done both of my D and E surgeries. He truly cares about his patients. The office itself and certain other staff members are not the greatest, which is the only reason I gave Triad four stars. If you go to Triad, I highly recommend doctor Adelstein. He is amazing!

Been seeing Dr Adelstein for over 14 years and I would never go anywhere else ... He has amazing bedside manner and makes you feel very comfortable, also he talks to you like a person in a way that is easy to understand. He is a very educated man who is always up to date on the best and most modern day procedures. I love Dr. Adelstein and all of his staff at TRIAD!!!

Theres not a thing I dont love about this practice. Each & every staff member is personable & helpful. I also cant say enough about these doctors! Truly wonderful people! Theyre the reason why I drive 30 minutes & 5 towns away from to my appointments. Such a difference in care from my previous OBGYN!
