Extremely long wait times, excessive billing, and everyone that works there seems to be in their own world, as if they do not take their job seriously, or care about providing a pleasant experience for their patients. If you have a newborn or young child, the narrow hallways and steep steps are not welcoming, the waiting room is dark and dingy, and spending over an hour for each appointment is not something I enjoy! They are trying to provide a well-rounded "comprehensive" or complete care package, but they dont even seem to believe in what they are doing, and in many cases it is excessive and just a way for them to take more of your money! Mothers and expectant mothers, if you value your time and money; look elsewhere...

I have been a patient of Dr. Rainville for almost 8 years! Her and her staff always make me so comfortable every time I come in. When I found out I was pregnant there was never any question who was going to my OB. Dr. Rainville was there for me throughout my entire pregnancy and took the time to answer all of my questions and really listened to each and every one of my concerns. Dr. Rainville and her staff have real compassion for their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Rainville for womens health or to anyone expanding their family!

Not only did the first visit I had with her end up being completely useless (got a call a day later telling me to stop the meds she gave me because the test came back negative), I still had to pay for the visit (they claimed they could try to "recode it" but that never happened) and I couldnt get back in to try to figure out whats wrong for another month or so. She is always booked for labors and never has time to see other patients. Theres no point in trying to be seen here because your appointment will always be pushed back.

Dr. Rainville and the staff at Womens Wellness truly go out of their way to meet the needs of each individual patient. From my very first appointment there, I felt seen and cared for as a whole person, not just a number or a diagnosis. Not only can I attest that Dr. Rainville is an extremely skilled surgeon, but I simply could not have asked for more compassion and understanding before, during, and after surgery. Ive been seeing Dr. Rainville for over two years, and I feel so lucky to be under her ongoing care!

I recently had a consult Dr. Rainville about starting a family. She immediately set us at ease and made the process feel easy. She is a doctor I can totally trust. Dr. Rainville and her staff are LGBT friendly--coming in with my soon-to-be wife was a non-issue. The office is extremely efficient, calling the same day to schedule blood work and answer questions.
