Dr. Dunn is great and really listens to your needs. However, the office staff leave little to praise. After purchasing a Groupon in January I called on a consistent basis to try and schedule an appointment leaving my name and phone number each time. No one ever called me back and I was finally able to get someone to answer during the last week of March I got an appointment within a few days after the call and came in and had an amazing experience with dr.dunn...however when it came time to pic out my glasses the person assisting me gave the same generic responses that I heard her giving the patient before me. She repeatedly pulled frames that I said I wasnt a fan of and after I settled on the frames that I didnt want but needed I was told my glasses would arrive in 4 days. Here I am 2 weeks later and after calling multiple times (5) and leaving multiple messages someone finally answered the phone today. Their business office manager informed me a call was placed on April 3rd, however I received no messages or even a text. She was adamant that this took place and then said she would call me back after she checked to make sure the call was actually made. So almost 2 weeks and $200-$300 dollars later...i still cant see.

Very good quality. This was my first visit to Dr. Dunn. Her office is very comfortable and kid friendly. Dr. Dunn was able to do my eye exam and my 2 yr old daughters at the same time. She made my daughter feel comfortable and felt like she was playing a game. This put her at ease and we were able to conduct the exam together in order to ensure my daughters vision is good. I was prescribed glasses for the first time in my life and Dr. Dunn, my wife, and the staff all helped me pick out a pair of glasses that looks good and fits my personality! I feel very confident in the doctors abilities and she will be my families primary eye care from here on. A+

Dr Dunn and the staff are all excellent. Nice overall balance of professional and comfortable in this office. Experiencing some cool new diagnostic machines was fun. This was my departure from long term use of a "bargain outlet." The difference in overall frame quality was noticeable right off the bat. I stopped wearing progressive lenses years ago , switched to bifocals, which Im constantly taking on and off. Dr Dunn didnt push me into anything, but explained why she recommends wearing progressives, and leaving them on. I gave it a try, and this is the happiest Ive ever been with a new pair of glasses.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Dunn! My boyfriend and I both went in for eye exams and she was able to do our exams together so that it was both time efficient and enjoyable for us. She and the front office staff were both chatty and incredibly friendly. Best of all, she even made special arrangements so that we could come and pick up out new glasses on Christmas eve! How sweet is that?! Even though we live far away we will continue to see Dr. Dunn. She is worth the drive.

Excellent thorough exam, Dr Dunn seems to know her stuff and is very friendly. Front staff are attentive and pleasant. Frame selection is a little bit small, but thats to be expected from a brick and mortar I think, but though small they do have a variety of styles to choose from. Slightly expensive (3-400+ per pair of glasses), but Dr Dunn is my new optometrist, thats for sure.

Dr. Gatti was very knowledgeable and personable. She made my apprehensive little girls feel very comfortable with getting the much needed glasses. The ambience, the staff, the extras she did like giving us pictures of the girls eyes made for a wonderful experience. I wont take my family anywhere but here! I would and will recommend this place to anyone!

Dr. Dunn was able to see my grandmother and me in our latest visit. My grandmother was very nervous, as she does not like going to the doctor. Dr. Dunn handled the situation very well and was able to diagnose her cataracts. She then went above and beyond to research a doctor for her to have surgery. Thank you Dr. Dunn!
