first of all I would leave the stars blank but I have to hit at least one to be able to post my wife has ms and has been with this A 1 plus for 8 years up until we moved the only problem she has had is with when she called in to verify they received the timesheet she got attitude since we moved a1 plus has given my wife all kinds of crap including not returning calls and giving her a run around and for the past 3 or 4 pay periods she has emailed the timesheets in and on multiple accounts said they did not receive the time sheets but my wife has been sending the time sheets in for her employee so she can make sure that her employee gets paid for her time

They are dishonest in their payment process. I worked with the Community First Choice program and they billed my insurance while no paying me saying "they had no record of me clocking in". Be VERY WARY when choosing them as a provider. Their employee turn over, including the office, is HUGE. I had to finally file a complaint with the labor board using the Pay Day laws. There are many, many home health agencies. Run quickly away from this one!!

Do not choose this company for home health. They are sorry and the employees dont get paid on time and they make up excuses for pay checks being mailed or deposit. And when you call about your pay check they get and attitude with you. When it is pay day , I know they want to get paid on time. So dont choose them.

Please stay far from this company Im paying 140 every month I went urgent care my bill was 572 dollars they pay only 75 , 3 times a year , all thair agent are lai to customer , they record voice for reading some policy but they dont record about the deal what they explain

I would be happy if this agency went out of business. And its very true, they lie to cover their butts. I am in the process of changing agencies....DO NOT choose these people you will regret it!!
