Nexstep Home Health Care was incredible to work with. They were very caring, responsive, accommodating to my schedule, supportive, encouraging, prompt, respectful, and helpful. I really cant thank them enough. The owners, Leigh Ann and Craig Tipping, have such a passion for what they do. Craig was my physical therapist and was truly a life saver. Because of a badly broken ankle, I needed to learn how to do everyday activities like hopping up and down stairs, getting into the shower, etc using only one leg. We take so much for granted when were completely whole. Craig made sure I not only knew HOW to do everything, he instilled confidence in me that made me feel comfortable doing those activities while I was alone. I work for The Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce and I would highly recommend Nexstep! We are proud to have them as a member!

Our entry into health/memory care was shocking. Our father was taking care of our mother, who was diagnosed with Alzheimers. Then, our father fell, hit his head and is completely brain damaged -- non-verbal, unaware of what is going on around him. This horrible event spiked our mothers condition. We lost two parents in one moment. We were at our wits end. Owner Leigh Ann and Brooke, just two of an amazing staff, helped us more than we can say. NexStep doesnt just care for your loved ones ... NexStep looks out for everyone. Cant say enough good things about this company.

As a Nurse Practitioner Ive seen a lot of home health agencies from the big ones who have doctors in their pockets to the mom and pop ones that cant make good on their promises. My mother owned and operated one for years. It is a rear blessing to find Nexstep Home Health care! The care with dignity and they operate with integrity and they welcome managed care patients! I will not recommend any other agency.
