I have been coming here for almost ten years and this is the worst staff I ever experienced !!!! My last three appointments I had to sit and wait over 2 hrs for my daughter and son to get what is consider a major procedure and she hAs been in pain every time I have been back and fourth to this office for two months and I am completely disgusted with the service and the poor management the information they have on the door is missing number to the phone numbers also one of my visits about a month ago the whole staff was in a meeting / lunch for over 40 minutes and nobody was there to greet me and my family. Instead it was a sign thats said login we will be back at so and so time and liteatlly was 20minutea late to the time they wrote on the paper. This definitely has to deal with poor management because this was once the friendliest and comforts dentist office for my family I am definitely reconsidering stepping 1 foot in this place again. I live approximately 5 minutes from here. The convince is almost not worth it!!! The integrity of kool smiles is definitely diminishing New review for feb/7/2017 Once again This is the worst visit I ever had again in my life this is horrible how they treat people here I waited two months for my 3 kids appointment they missed school once again and my appointment was at 10am and here its is at 10:45 they are telling my kids cant been seen today they can write an excuse note etc. this my 4th attempt to get my kids dental work done at this office since June 2016 everyone here exspecially Marta Pavon the lady at the desk seems extrealmly racist rude not patient and only know how to speak well with latinos people because those are her people. She literally totally me they were booked like I didnt have an appointment she said she called me personally at 8 am to cancel my kids 10am appointment. This is so horrible and inconsiderate. I keep taking days off for these appointments that my kids are not even getting the attention or the work done this is the most un professional office the only reason I keep attempting to bring my kids here is because its literally 5 minutes from my home. But to be honest Im ready to ride out as far as I can just to get decent treatment for my kids its now 10:41 I been here here for 40 minutes.no paper work Untill a young lady name tanna and she said was the assistant manager listened to my concerns and actuallly helped us. Im son glad she helped us. But over all if you value your time and want respect do not go to this office and if you know a better kids office spread the word becaus Im looking. When I was coming here as a kid I didnt have these issues this was my favorite place to come now as an adult with kids my kids are having the worst experience all because of how organize this staff is

Took my 2.5 year old son there for his very first dental visit. I knew it wouldnt be easy with him, he isnt the most laid back kid, so I picked the most kid-friendly looking dentist I could find in the Metro Atlanta area. And while there are a lot of pros to this place (the one I went to was on S. Cobb), I wouldnt describe it as the absolute BEST. They had a cool play area in the waiting room, which was a bonus. But once we were called back, theres a giant room full of dentist chairs almost factory-like. It was kind of off-putting for ME to see, but when my son saw it, he was like O.O The usual resistance once we got into our room. He was scared. The hygienist was very sweet but I was hoping shed have some special tricks or ways to get a frightened toddler to open his mouth. None. I had to do all of the coercing and demonstrating. She had no special tools or visual aids or anything. I have heard of other dentists who show what they are going to do on a big cookie monster doll with a giant toothbrush, making it look fun - nope not this place. I had to hold my son down and help her clean his teeth. I could have done that at home a lot easier. Then the poop really hit the fan when not one but two dentists walked into the room wearing lab coats and masks and a face guard. Yeah my son was not having that at all. They were very nice, dont get me wrong. But they looked like they were about to remove his internal organs, not just look at his teeth. My son practically climbed on top of my head. They also had zero special techniques for dealing with frightened children first timers. Lastly, on the way out, they said he could pick out a toy from the bin. They were all cheap plastic 1 cent from china toys that he absolutely had no interest in because he just wanted to escape the shop of horrors. I suppose because of the screaming and crying they didnt want to have anything to do with us, but nobody on the staff really took the extra care or went the extra step to make my sons first visit easier or smoother. I wish they had tried to gain his trust a little bit first. Im pretty sure from here on out, going to the dentist will be both me and my sons worst nightmare.

I will NEVER bring my children back to this office! The office manager does not know the meaning of customer service. My daughter has had 2 appointments cancelled upon arrival, because the doctor is just not there, and the manager has no explanation for it. I asked why they do not call if the doctor will not be there, and she said that she thought it would be better to tell us in person, because it is not the 1st time we would have to reschedule. WE LIVE AN HOUR AWAY! THEN... since they have had to reschedule, my daughters cavity has turned into needing a crown and pulpectomy! They have no idea when the doctor will be back and on top of that, my daughter needs her braces wire to be removed before any work can be done, which means a before and after trip to the orthodontist, which was never mentioned... so... even if the doctor was there for our appointment today the work could not have been done in the first place! WORST DENTIST OFFICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! It is also the loudest place on Earth due to the fact that the play area in the waiting room is unsupervised and 100 children run around while their parents do nothing to make them behave.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! These people lose your information, they are indolent, they take personal calls while the client (YOU) are standing in front of them. My son and I waited 2 hours for an X-ray and an additional hour and a half for I dont know what because I had to leave to keep from cursing out the staff b/c I was so pissed. And they had the nerve to charge the insurance for a visit. PLEASE save yourself and find another Dentistry to send you child. If you like to wait 5 hours for Boniqua Hernandez at the front to get off the phone with her friend, tell you they misplaced your info, sit you in the exam room for hours only to take a few pictures and have you wait 2 hours for nothing. Then this is your place. If you enjoy losing your cool then this is your place. But if you like organization, professionalism, promptness, and great customer service because you (THE PAYING CLIENT) deserve it. then DO NOT i repeat DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
