I’m not usually one to write reviews, but after my visit to Dr. Chen’s office, I felt I should because my office visit was far superior to any other dental office visit I have experienced. The reason for my visit was to get a professional whitening kit and a cleaning. Dr. Chen did the cleaning herself. I have never had the dentist give me a teeth cleaning. Dr. Chen is one of those people that you immediately feel at ease with; she was so warm and personable that I felt relaxed (not something I often feel at the dentist’s office). The teeth cleaning and exam I received was by far the most thorough one I’ve had. She provided all sorts of vital information that I have never heard of in other exams I’ve received. Throughout the exam I was made very comfortable and was always told what she was going to do and why. I was so happy with Dr. Chen and the attention I received from everyone in her office that I highly recommend her practice. I had an issue with a front tooth and Dr. Emily Chen was able to work me in the same day. There was minimal wait time in the gorgeous waiting area, although I would have been happy to spend additional time in the calm, zen waiting room. I was worried about my affected tooth as it was in the front and expressed my concerns to Dr. Chen I wanted a conservative treatment program keeping my natural tooth intact. She listened and was not only professional but very kind and gentle. Her training and expertise were invaluable in my case and I returned for a teeth cleaning service. I can honestly say my teeth have never been cleaned or checked as thoroughly and I left the office one very satisfied patient. I will definitely return and highly recommend this practice from the brilliant staff to Dr. Emily Chen who has proven her knowledge and skills in my book.

I like coming to Dr. Chens office because I have a huge problem with gagging, and I am glad to have found a dentist who is so understanding. I was told by many other dentists that I have a difficult mouth to fix and am happy to have found a talented doctor to work with me as I know my case is very challenging. Before I met Dr. Chen, I was afraid to see a dentist no matter how much pain I was in. Dr. Chen was so caring, and she listened to my concerns and spent a lot of quality time with me. Dr Chen and her staff are very thorough and professional. She spends as much time as needed to ensure teeth and gums are healthy. As a result, this practice catches a lot of details that other practices missed in the past.
