I had to find a new dentist because my work changed our insurance, and after tons of cross-referencing, we landed on the Dentistry of Olde Towne. Remember the Es at the end! PROS -Takes the Care Credit Card, which is helpful for those sudden medical expenses. -The staffs insurance knowledge is second to none. Seriously. Second. To NONE. It might not always be exact, but they can give you a decent ball park so you know what to expect. -The hygienists and dentists are just amazing. Always a joy to see them, and they can crack jokes just like the next guy. -They have the facilities to do things like extractions in office, and if they cant do it there, theres an oral surgery facility right down the street. -Plenty of parking, and nice trees to stare at while you wait. Today, I saw a lizard. -They dont make me feel guilty. I confess to them twice a year that I do not floss as much as I need to. They give gentle reminders, but its not a huge ordeal. -My boyfriend has a very, VERY sensitive mouth with broken teeth, teeth needing to be extracted, veteran injuries. In other words, his mouth is dental HARD MODE, and they always give him the same hygienist because she can clean his teeth without hurting him. I suspect she has the hands of an angel and eyes of a hawk, but this has yet to be proven. -They do not shove stuff at you just so youll buy it. They recommended some sensitive toothpaste for an issue I was having, and they just stuck a sample in the dental goody bag and off I went. The things they suggest for your mouth, they dont make them seem like you have to have them right now or else. They give you suggestions about things that will need to be done, they will keep an eye on a particular problem spot to see if there are improvements, and if you do need something big, theres always their wonderful insurance wizards behind the front desk. CONS -Some people dont like going to the dentist, and if you are in that group, just give these guys a try before you swear off dental staff forever. -Theres one couch and lots of chairs. If youre in there waiting on someone, youll want to take over that couch as soon as possible. It is the ideal sitting location for those long waits. The chairs just arent that comfortable to slouch in. Seriously, try these guys out. Your search for a good dentist is over.

My family has been with Dr. Rautenstrauch and Dr. Kligman for over 13 years. Even when our insurance changed and we went to another dentist, we QUICKLY returned to Doctor Chris. We have found them to be thorough, kind and PAINLESS! My oldest in now employed with new insurance, and said she would still go back to Dentistry of Olde Towne even though she moved to Altanta. We have also seen them at many local events that they sponsor in our small town of Woodstock. Having personally had traumatic experiences with my childhood dentist, Dr. Chris and Dr. Kligman take special care with me to make sure I am comfortable and confident. In todays world it is difficult to find that personal relationship with a hometown, old fashioned doctor or dentist. With Dentistry of Olde Towne, my family has found it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kligmans for almost 30 years; so long that Im not even sure how I found his practice in the first place! Obviously, I have been pleased with the services. Over the years, I have continued to be impressed with his passion for what he does and his involvement in the community. He regularly gives back to others, both here and abroad, without seeking any accolades for it. He and his staff work to ensure that all patients are well cared for. They routinely call to check up on you the day after a procedure to see how you are doing. How many doctors or dentists do that? If you want ordinary, go somewhere else. If you want an extremely qualified and caring dental practitioner, go to Dentistry of Olde Towne!

I first walked into Dent of Olde Towne in 2001 and have not thought of going to another dentist office since.The service,quality of work and professionalism is top of the line.Dr. Chris & staff are kind/friendly/thoughtful,all of these things cant help but make the patient comfortable and that causes one not to mind going to the dentist as much. How many dentist offices can you say that you have been to thats are pleasant/relaxed environment?This office makes you feel at home.Your teeth are in good hands at Dent of Olde Towne take it from me.Personally I enjoy seeing all of those smiling faces at Olde Towne Gary and Tracie C

As a new patient, I loved this office! The staff was so friendly and professional. From the time that I walked into the office, until I left, every staff member was so polite and caring. I felt like I got excellent work from both the dental hygienist and the dentist too . I was also seen on time at both appointments. With my busy schedule, getting an appointment and waiting for an appointment is very important. They were so accommodating with both of these. I would highly recommend Dentistry Of Olde Towne to everyone! Because all of the staff laughs and seems to love their job, they make it a place you want to visit.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kligman and Dentistry of Olde Towne for many years. Dr. Kligman is one of the best dentists I have ever used. He is thorough and very good. He will go out of his way to make sure what is needed is done and done well. When one of my daughters was a teen, a temporary bridge came loose on a Saturday while she was at work. Dr,. Kligman came to her place of employment and glued it in for her. How many dentists would do that???. He is the best. I highly recommend him. My children (now grown) and their children also use Dentistry of Olde Towne and Dr. Kligman.

Hi, I have been going to see Dr Ken Kligman for about 20 years. He and his staff are always professional and never rushed to give you the time needed to explain procedures or the options you may have. You do not have to wait as they always take you in at the appointment time you were given. This is important to me as I drive almost 1 hour to continue to see Dr. Ken or Dr. Chris. Just a little aside for those who are considering this practice, may son and daughter and my 3 grandchildren go the this practice, now that has to say something about a dental practice.

We recently moved our whole family to Dentistry of Olde Towne and have been very pleased with the service we have received. Super nice staff with clean comfortable environment. I love that they have free WiFi so I can do a little work while I wait for my children to get their teeth cleaned. My 14 year old daughter loves this place! She just had 2 cavities filled and said the staff was great about explaining each step and so gentle with giving her the shot to numb her mouth. She said it didnt hurt a bit and it was very fast. I highly recommend this dentist office!

Olde Towne Dentistry has been the Family Dentistry for my family for over 29 years. We have been Extremely Happy with the QUALITY service and FRIENDLINESS of both Ken, Chris & their Staff. Recently I had a cracked tooth that Chris repaired with very little discomfort during the procedure and FANTASTIC feeling afterward. Kens service in Doctors Across Borders should be COMMENDED BY ALL.
