The staff is a wonderfull group of caring and professional individuals who made my visit comfortable and stress free. The dentist provides an atmosphere where I was comfortable in explaining my issues and concerns. The dentist did a great job of explaining the procedure to me and was very helpful. Also when it came to payment and price options I dont think they can beat. The fact that this office works with people who dont have dental insurance is a plus. I have been to this doctor for dental issues and have also gone in for teeth whitening treatment both times were pleasurable and I was treated with respect. If you need or are looking for a new dentist this is the place to come!

Ive had 2 services from Brighten Your Smile Dentistry; whitening trays and zoom whitening. They provide excellent customer service, calling to remind me on what to do before the treatments and afterwards to check on my results and make sure I wasnt experiencing any discomfort. Dr. Shepard and his super friendly team make a visit to the dentist not so scary. I highly recommend them for your dental services.

Watch out for these folk, they will get you for money and dont solve the problem. They had me coming bk for 6 month, for a root canal. Last time i was out which was 8 -29-16. They charged me 250 for a fill in and it didnt solve the problem. Horrible customer service from the dentist himself..
