Great experience. I dont have the same sort of apprehension about the dentist as other people, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating in getting me in to see the Dr. You gotta be careful getting there though. I drove by it b/c I was expected it to be a stand alone building (its not, second floor of the Wellstar facility). They were able to see me very quickly, both in terms of the date of the appointment and the wait time. Dr. Patrick has a very good bedside manner, personable and friendly. Neither he nor the staff were preachy about some of my bad habits that may effect my teeth later on, and both they all were very willing to work with me in terms of what I needed done and my short time frame (trying to get all of this taken care of prior to Christmas). They were also willing to work with me in terms of payment. Plus, for me, theyre very close to the house, so I was able to get in and see them before work without having to miss very much of my workday. Overall, I cant really ask for much more. Well, I guess I could ask for a lollipop or something, but I think Im getting a little old for that sorta thing.

So glad to have found this practice - been a patient for almost a year and trust them enough to take my 3 yo for his first dental visit here. While I had a less than stellar experience with getting a dental mold done when I first started going to them - I have never had another issue and really like Dr. Patrick, the hygienists and the billing desk. If I ask for pricing - they have it for me in minutes and no surprises. Easy to get appointments -Never been pressured to have other services than what I need and their prices are more reasonable than my last two dentists. They went above and beyond to perfectly color match a front tooth crown, actually had a rep from the lab come in and do a color consult with me.

This place is a scam and I would not go there if my life depended on it. What kind of ethical dentist makes an appointment for a extraction and then tells you "we dont do extractions in this office". This is what happened to my husband today but she tried to sell him on implants or a new upper dental plate while he sat there in pain. His only concern in going to the dentist was to have an extraction and no other complaints. This dentist wanted to bill our insurance and then sell him on other services. We will be replacing his dental plate in Jan but this dentist will never be seen again. I see a lot of doctors due to a terminal condition and if there is one thing I cannot stand is a unethical practitioner!

I have recently changed to this dental practice and I can recommend them highly! The entire staff is friendly, efficient, and welcoming. I met Dr. Alex Patrick after my dental cleaning on my first visit and he recommended replacement of my last remaining silver amalgam fillings from my childhood. There was no pressure at all to do this, but just his personal recommendation. Since my fillings were probably over fifty years old, I agreed! I made my future appointments and at both visits including today, the procedures were painless and I thanked him for a pleasant experience on all three occasions. This has absolutely been the best dental experience for me in my entire life.

I spoke with several folks in the area. All said to schedule an appointment with Patrick Family Dental. The staff is so friendly, the equipment so sterile, the atmosphere so serine and professional. Personally, my partial came out on the Thursday before a holiday I was prepared for a painful four day weekend. Not only did they come in on a Friday when the office was closed but Ms. Patrick postponed her departure to fix my tooth. I was able to enjoy the holiday and eat with the temporary fix. It is that dedication and kindness that I confidentially recommend this Dental office!!!

My experience at Patrick Family Dental was as always a great experience.The facility was clean and I was taken back right on time. Jenny, my dental hygienist, was efficient, caring, sensitive to my needs as well as thorough. Dr. Patrick was courteous and attentive in validating Jennys work. All said and done I was in and out for a cleaning as well as scheduling my next cleaning in under 45 minutes. Barring I move out of state I plan to continue to patronize Patrick Family Dental for all of me and my familys dental needs.

Dr. Patrick is hands down the best dentist Ive ever had. Everyone in the office is courteous, quick to take care of you, and knows exactly what they are doing. Dr. Patrick is very personable, makes you feel comfortable, is honest, and is a great dentist. I was recently in to have a filling replaced - I was out of the office in 30-35 minutes, no pain, and I didnt have that entire side of my face numb feeling. Were moving to north atlanta soon and will still make the drive to go to Dr. Patricks office.

Their concern and professionalism are beyond compare, and they always remember us when we have an appointment or an emergency. The office and patient rooms are immaculate, and I feel very safe that everything is clean and sterile. My hygienist, Jenny, is wonderful. It is a pleasure to go to this group. I have been a patient at Patrick Family Dental since they opened their office on Cooper Lake Road in Smryna and I cant give enough praise for both Dr. Alex and Dr. Leslie as well as their ENTIRE staff! Two weeks after a wisdom tooth extraction - I was having issues after hours on a Friday and sent them an email and I immediately received a response which saved me a trip to urgent care. They are hands down the best, most professional and also possess a caring manner!

We have been going to Dr. Patrick for almost 8 years now and I can honestly say that this is the first and only Dr. that I have almost never waited for ( at most 2 minutes). Not only are they prompt, they offer a great service and everyone is so friendly. I wouldnt hesitate to refer anyone to this practice. Although no one really likes to go to the dentist, going to Patrick family dental care is a wonderful experience .

The staff and facility is first rate. I was treated courteously and was walked and talked through everything that was going on. I was given what the costs would be and was walked through my treatment plan so I know exactly what is going on. Everyone is really nice and the notifications and easy online medical paperwork makes the place very pleasant and easy. I would recommend them highly.

Ive been going to Patrick Family Dental for over 3 years now and have been so impressed each time. Dr. Leslie and Dr. Alex have some top notch equipment that makes it easy for me to see any trouble spots and understand the treatment I need. Their staff is very friendly and it is a beautiful, clean office. My 2 kids that are 7 & 9 years old go too and they love it!
