They did really good job and I really loved he removed my pain. but when I froze the account in June, it activated without notice in August. the receptionist told me that I agreed and signed it, but I cannot recall that. (maybe it did but) She said the amount theyve already charged in August isnt refundable so I would prefer use 4 visits they promised on wellness plan. I didnt like the froze account will reactivate in three months,so I decide to cancelled. so I can go by single pay of 39 dollars or go back to plan when I need to because it really helps. I went to the place and signed the cancellation paper. then I also see Doctor after I cancelled the plan for next month. He usually asks me the day to visit next. but this time, no question was asked about my next visit which I am entitled 3 more times until the date it expires. when I asked him when I should come back for the 2nd visit, he said "but you cancelled. next time is the last time." I think he take back the next time is the last time part anyways, but he put his index finger up,to me that indicate it will be the last one. I am very disappointed that he couldnt consider that I maybe cannot continue whatever reasons I have. I understand it is very reasonable place and helps my pain on my shoulders, but that experience I had wasnt that I was expecting. I myself does customer services and they are not always polite, they will cuss out and show physical threat on me, but I always tries to understand their point of view and usually we keep our cool and solve problems. we never know what kind of story customers have. I wish my doctor understood the reason for cancellation and treat me like I am entitle to get full treatment. or they shouldnt allow any 30 days notice cancellation, as they promised if they are so unhappy someone need to cancel the plan. He is a great Doctor, who really removes pain from my shoulders, just lack of compassion for that patient who needs to cancel. I apologize that I have to cancel, and I hope you will never do this to other patient. you have very good business and people will come back for your skill. I think it wont hurt your business losing one patient, but I would be a loyal customer. I am sorry that we couldnt have humane relationship. I am very sad but keep on moving and hope you doing the best to all patient who wants to cancel. I really think you are great doctor, we all need to aware our weakness, so I decide to write here. They will talk you into a plan to save money but when a medical doctor says a chiro will not help you, they will not refund any of your package. They did not tell me the visits expired after a year. I actually would be in more pain after and days after the visit. The chiro did not do an adequate exam because if they had, they would have seen that my issues were not bony or joint related but muscular. They did not take any X-rays... the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. No one ever got back to me, I had to call back a week and a half later after I left a message, then they finally call me back and dont even leave a message. Do your self a favor and go see a real doctor or a physical therapist before you see a money hungry chiro.

Im convinced Cam Day is some kind of wizard. In such a brief amount of time, he makes me back feel so much better it has to be magic. If youre hesitating to come in, just do it and experience it yourself. But really, this location is awesome. I had Jillian at the front desk and she walked me through their membership program. She was extremely friendly and very patient. Cam was the same. Very friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable/capable. All adjustments are walk-ins, and its quick to walk in, scan my membership card, and have Cam relieve some stress in my back. I can be in and out feeling better in no time.

I was a lover of The Joint well before this location opened. I was thrilled when the Colorado Blvd location opened because its right down the street from my house. Dr. Cam is friendly and accommodating and he remembers my problem spots and works to correct them each time I come in. I highly recommend The Joint in general and this location in particular.

My dad has been seeing chiropractor Cam Day for awhile now and has been insisting that I give him a try and I am glad I did! Staff is all extremely friendly and makes you feel well taken care of. Cam is very good at walking you through everything and making sure youre comfortable. I will be back for weekly visits!

I love going to see Dr. Day! He has been caring for me for over a year. He fixes all my aches and pains. Since seeing him I have been able to discontinue using an allergy med and my Reynauds has improved dramatically!
