I was very excited at the untial visit...I thought this would be a great experience, but I was wrong...the technician that administers this procedure is not very personable....the atmosphere is very tense and uncomfortable...I strongly sense that my ethnicity is a huge barrier for the tech nician....I made appointments then cancelled them because of a health scare...so I after I felt well enough to continue with the service I scheduled an appointment for another treatment....when I arrived at the facility...they were closed. I called inside to enquire about the clinic being closed...I was very angry because I do not live nearby....the woman that answered the phone told me that the technician had an emergency and that she called all of the clients to inform them that she would not be there....I told the woman that I did not receive a call ...and she continued to argue that this techician called everyone as if I was lying...I explained to her that I live far away and this was an inconvenience...in a sarcastic tone she responded by saying sorry....I left my name and number for the owner of the clinic to call...never happened... A few weeks later I scheduled an appointment...not sure who answered the phone ...I was asked or grilled as why I had not been to the clinic..I told her that I had health issues....of the was genuine concern...someone would have tried to contact me by email or a phone call...so I did tell the woman what happened and she verified one of the phone numbera...which was wrong....my last visit....when I arrived there was tension in the air with this technician...when I asked a question....her facial expressions displayed exactly how she felt...very cold she did not want to touch me ...asked about my groupon puchase...how much did I pay....when the procedure was completed...she never helps you get up ...does not walk you to the door...barely even speaks...so my conclusion is...there is a big problem with my ethnicity...get it together...or loose business.

The team at Trinity Pain Relief Center is terrific. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. If you have pain, I highly recommend Dr. Sword! She does an amazing job in helping to alleviate that pain. I was involved in a car wreck many years ago which resulted in recurring pains in my neck and back. I tried many things to alleviate the pains including physical therapy, but it got to the point I thought I had to just live with the pain. When Dr. Sword, was recommended to me, I initially did not hold out much hope for relief, but thought I would give it a try and I am so very glad I did! After just ONE treatment, I had more relief than from everything I had tried before! Now, I no longer have daily pain, but when I need to be treated, she is ALWAYS effective in bringing some relief!

I have been a patient of TPRC for over a year now the Drs genuinely care about your well-being.I have a 3 level neck fusion and was still having pain and migraine headaches after months of therapy and adjustments I can once again do many of the things that I thought were a distant memory. If your automobile started running sluggish or the engine was misfiring you would take it to a mechanic so why dont you do the same for your body?I would encourage anyone with any aches or pains to give TPRC a try my whole family loves the treatments and the knowledge of the TPRC staff.

The service is I received for the past year 2011 is 2nd to none. Ive had chiropractic care prior with other facilities but the personal care and attention to detail regarding my welfare made me brag about them each time. I am telling you. You will not be disappointed. Happy patient!!

Awesome place!!! I love the staff, and they have a wonderful weight loss program! I have lost 30 lbs!!! I also seen them for back pain, I no longer suffer from it anymore. : )
