Went into AICA today due to a wreck. The receptionist told me that there was no payment owed at time of service, so i continue on with my appointment after having my husband leave knowing there was no payment needed. While talking with doctor about plan of treatment the doctor informed me there was a $254 payment due at the end of my visit for services rendered... while i was upset due to the receptionist lying i called my husband to explain the situation and discuss what is needed for payments. While discussing with my husband on the phone i asked the same receptionist if cash was an acceptable payment type to which she said yes. I stepped back outside to discuss with my husband and the doctor comes out to tell me that the receptionist lied to me again and that they will accept cash for the services but not for the $49 dollar membership fee that gave me a major discount.. At this point im just like " i am done, im not going to allow a doctor to treat me for anything when they have liars as receptionists. The first lie wasnt that big a deal and was explainable. But. Two lies. Your receptionists are your storefront. If they lie, your facility is a lie. Who else has your company lied to in order to bring in extra money... pathetically sad....i cant trust a lying company. Can you?.

My husband became a patient here after his accident. The doctor is very good, but something has to be done about the staff. As a whole, this location is very unorganized. The staff is not polite. Your phone calls are always on hold for the longest times concerning the most simple questions.My husband is in severe pain after a procedure last week. We lost his prescription sheet and was not able to get it filled at the pharmacy. I called their for a new prescription sheet while hes resting, and the staff was very rude to me after making me wait on the phone for 25 minutes---just to tell me that he has to be the one to call. They allowed me to sign off on him after his procedure but wouldnt allow me to call about a lost prescription??

I can not speak on the care nor the quality of the care received from the Chiropractors@this facility. However I can say that the Front Office Staff are the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL&RUDEST bunch of women(&I use the term "women" loosely)I have EVER come in contact with. The relationship is not needed to be established with me because Im not the patient,my husband is BUT I am an extension of my husband. I TRULY believe that once they hire a MORE professional staff this facility will be BETTER all around.#the entire front office can use a lesson or 8 in FRONT OFFICE ETIQUETTE#

I love this place. Dr. John and staff are excellent at accommodating us as patients and as overall HUMAN BEINGS. The trauma of being in an accident is horrible enough but they go about of their way to make sure that we are pleased with their services and not just here to make us think we need a bunch of services that we really dont need for treatment. I will always come here for my chiropractic and therapy needs and would recommend this place to any and everyone requiring the same services, The staff is super awesome and friendly as well.

Due to an almost severe car accident that I was involved in, I did some research seeking a chiropractor that would be most beneficial to my recovery. After searching the web and comparing research with my attorney I found AICA . During my recovery I can proudly say that I have been at ease and received the most respect, physical relief, and hospitality. My lower back and right leg was so painful that I couldn’t stand it anymore, so I called the doctor’s office. Instead, of me getting a voice recording I got one-on-one attention from the doctor. I told the doctor everything that I was experiencing and he set me up with a free X-ray and consultation. After the X-ray and consultation I felt very confident about the doctor, so I set up a treatment plan that worked for me and now I am pain free.
