I just cant express, enough how excited I am that I found Madison Family Dentistry and Dr. Detienne. This is the kind of place I had been searching for. I have, finally, found a Dentist that my children and I are thrilled to visit. I have always wanted to try whitening procedures, but was a little hesitant due to lack of information or knowledge of the procedure. Dr. Detienne and her staff explained the procedure and suggested the best option for me, The procedure was easy and affordable and my teeth are the whitest they have ever been. I feel great about my smile, now. Dr. Detienne and her staff always make us feel welcome and comfortable. Both she and Brandy, her assistant, always welcome us with their own beautiful smiles. They are very professional and extremely thorough. Every visit to Madison Family Dentistry is always a wonderful experience.

I went to another dentist who was having a "new client special". It took me a month to get the initial appointment. Turns out I had an abscess and my tooth needed extracting which explains the constant jaw pain Ive had for months. They didnt have another appt. available for the extraction for another month and a half...meanwhile Im in pain. I called Madison Family Dentistry and they got me in the next morning, requested my X-Rays from the other office (because it took so long for the other office to respond they had to take an X-Ray in the office but didnt charge me for it!). Im a very nervous person by nature but Dr. Detienne was very calming and understanding through the whole process. She even called to check on me that evening. Im very very happy with the service I received and Im happy to have found a new family dentist.

I have been terrified of dentists since I was a teen, but Dr. Detienne has "cured" me with her gentle manner and her professionalism. She is thoughtful, intelligent, up-to-date with the latest procedures and she communicates with me, letting me know what she is doing and why. I appreciate that tremendously. She keeps my mouth healthy. Her office is immaculate and comfortable and the staff is friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. You couldnt ask for a better dentist, a more relaxed atmosphere and a better staff. I highly recommend her, and I dont routinely make recommendations. In this instance, however, my recommendation comes after years and years of visits to dentists offices. You cant go wrong with Dr. Detienne.

My experience at Madison Family Dentstry has been nothing but positive. I started going to Madison Family Dentistry when I was interested in getting 6month smiles cosmetic braces. I had to commute 40 minutes each time I had an appointment but every time I arrived I was greeted with friendly smiles and was treated great. After my braces came off, I continued to go to Madison Family Dentstry for my general dentistry needs despite the 40 minute commute because of the great experience I had. Finding a dentist that you are comfortable with and trust can be hard to come by, and thats exactly what I found at Family Madison Dentistry. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This Nevada Over the Road driver did have a dental emergency while travelling east on I-20 in GA, During my 34 hours reset at the Pilot in Madison GA, I found Madison Family Dentistry in the Plaza, !/4 mile to the north on the east side of the road across from Walmart. Dr. Marie Detienne and staff did take care of my broken filling, did take care of some overdue maintenance and restored some missing chips and corners!, and that all for less than the price of two new steer tires! Highly recommended! Danke schon!

I was glad I found this practice, all members of the office were great and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dentist in this area. I was pleased with the service received by all the associates at this office and will recommend this practice to all my friends and family looking for a dentist. The Dentist was great and if you have to go to a dentist she is great. The hygienist was great also.

I am so happy to find Dr. Detienne. She is right here in Madison so I dont have to drive very far to see her. She is so pleasant and very thorough. Her office is state of the art and so comfortable. The very best! Everyone is top notch at Dr. Detiennes office. The office staff, the dental hygienists, Dr. Detienne herself, everyone makes you feel welcome. Going to the dentist is no longer a loathsome idea, the ladies make it quick and painless and actually pleasant! There is a real family atmosphere there that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in the door.
