My son had a urine test and they saw blood in his urine so they had to send it to the lab for culture.. Doctor Wells said they will have results back in 2-3 days. I have called the past 2 days to get nowhere. It is now Friday and still no word! On top of all this... My son needed to get a TB test on Monday but they didnt have any in stock. So I was told they will call me as soon as they have it. Again its Friday no call... So I called to see if they have it in stock and their response was " Oh yes but you will have to wait until Monday because it will have to be looked at 2 days later" Which I totally get but if I would have gotten the phone call they actually got it.. I would been able to get it done this week. So Ill sit here and worry about whats wrong with my son until they decide. Thanks!

Have had no problems with any Docs Dr. Steele (dentist) as well as the new female doc were amazing. The front staff yet again so far so good. Ive experience all three and have had no problems. Normally, Im not finished checking in before they are calling me back. Let me add I know the work on a sliding scale based on your income but I have insurance and still choose to go to them vs some other clinic. They re close to where I live which makes it very convenient Thanks again.

I was so glad I found this office! My son and I were both seen and both of us loved the staff! Everyone was so very nice and helpful! Dr. Jose Rodriguez was great! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Ive had nothing but a positive experience. My only "complaints" are that they keep it really cold in there and the exam areas are too cramped. Id and I do recommended.

The front desk staff are the reason why the 3 stars, the doctors are amazing.. MEDICAL Theyre too slow, plan ahead for DENTAL.

Useless.we schadul our own mammography after waiting 4days for their call.will sue them if something happens to my mom.
