My husband and I recently moved to Arlington and live within walking distance from CPFD. We made appointments in the beginning of the year for a regular check-up and our first experience was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and Dr. Kohli took her time as she examined our teeth. Fast-forward six months and it was time for another appointment. The day I made the subsequent appointment, they confirmed via text. The office sent another text four days later to confirm once again, so far so good. TWO HOURS before the appointment I get a flood of calls, 3 in total, and NO voicemails were left. I assumed they wanted to confirm once again. I called back and they informed me that they no longer take my insurance! When I told them how unprofessional it was to NOT notify me until I had to call them back, they had nothing to say. I took the day off and they did not even help me get an appointment elsewhere! If you value customer service, do not go here.

If there is a word for phobia of the dentist, I have it! But as youd have it, one fine day, I woke up with a swollen jaw and called in for an emergency appointment. The staff was courteous and efficient in setting up an appointment at such short notice. I came in pretty nervous but Dr. Kohli did a great job at putting me at ease with her words. When she explained the procedure in great detail, I knew I was in safe hands. The staff was very friendly and professional. They were knowledgeable on all the insurance questions I had and assisted me at every step. I was prompted to write a review, particularly, because of the follow up call Dr. Kohlis staff made just to check on me. Very thoughtful. I was mighty impressed with their swanky office too! Definitely recommend.

I had an excellent experience with this office. I had a lot of treatment to be done which I was aware of, as I had not seen a dentist in years. The hygienist was great. She took her time and was explained me everything in detail. The doctor was great, she even showed me all my cavities on the X ray. They made it easy for me to schedule my appointments, as they work on saturdays and start early in the morning at 7am. I was very happy and satisfied with my services here. The office even had a whitening special for the year end. I have my treatment done and have already made my cleaning appointment with them.

I love this place! I was super anxious at the amount of dental work I had to get done. Everyone from the desk staff to the dental hygienists to the doctors were fabulous. Dr. Kohli was very kind towards me even though I was nervous, and I definitely felt like she took the time to listen to my concerns. She is fast, too! I had a wisdom tooth extracted and it took less than 5 minutes to come out. Completely unexpected. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a fabulous dentist in the area.

Great people and great technology. As its just opened all the equipment is new and they are very forward thinking with technology. The dentist (Dr. Kumar) is really good at explaining all the options. She was also kind enough to help my dad when he was visiting from England with no insurance for a reasonable price. Ive had excellent service from this practice. The staff and doctor are always pleasant and fast. I had a routine filling and was in and out of the chair in less than 30 minutes. The office has a lot of natural light and is very comfortable. Ive always been able to make appointments easily. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
