The front desk staff are extremely helpful and beyond nice. The waiting area is clean and furnished nicely. The first time I was there, the wait time was extremely long. My hygienist was very nice and did a good cleaning. When I went there, I went for a second opinion on a tooth I was told needed a root canal. Dr Fitzgerald wasnt sure and said hed know once he started working on that tooth. I ended up needed two root canals and I was told they could be performed in the office with dr Fitzgerald. The day of the appt, I was seen almost an hour after my appt time. A girl came in to give me a topical numbing gel before getting the shots. The time it took for them to get back to actually give me the numbing shots was ridiculous. It was at least 30 min and by that time to topical was useless as it had worn off. I was told I needed to change rooms and the hygienist I was expecting was not who I got. There was a lot of talk of who was staying late and who didnt want to stay. I didnt feel as though this was very professional to have that conversation in the room with a patient. When the dr finally came to my room and started to work everything seemed ok. I get extremely anxious when at the dentist and this trip made my anxiety and fear 10x worse. The first root canal Im assuming went ok. After having my mouth open for over 3 hours, I was sat up and told that the dr broke a file in one of my canals and he could not remove it. At 4 in the afternoon they scrambled to find an endodontist to send me to so that I could the work finished. I was fuming as I had been been there since 10am and with tmj, my jaw was in a lot of pain from being open so long. When I went to check out, one of the girls behind the front desk made this comment that sent me from fuming to really pissed off. She said "thats why we dont do root canals here, its not our area of expertise" I finally made it to the other dr who was beyond words while I was explaining to him what had happened and that this dr continued to work on my mouth after having a to break inside my tooth. I was literally in his chair crying trying to calm down to have this work finished. Fast forward to when its time to have my temp crowns placed on the root canals. This appt went much smoother. The hygienist who did it was quick about it and the temps were ok. 3 weeks later I called in about a chipped tooth and when I get there they start prepping me for the permanent crowns, I decided to go ahead and let them place the perm ones since I was already there. Upon removing my temp crowns, the billing lady comes in with a new plan and tells me that I now need a post with one of my crowns because apparently my tooth had broken underneath one of temps. The dr proceeded to remove the filling of root canal and inserts the post, now I have one perm crown and another temp. The temp has my gums bleeding and I still have the broken tooth as I did not feel comfortable letting this dr start work on another toothy I heard him mention root canal to the hygienist and I refuse to let him work on any other teeth in this manner. Please do not go to this office. While the front desk staff is awesome, my confidence in this dr is shot and Im currently looking for a new dr and writing a complaint to the ADA.

Awful. Initial experience was wonderful. I loved the dental hygenist, dentist and support staff seemed ok... at first. I found it strange that nobody EVER followed up with me at any point about getting a bit of needed work done. So after I returned from the hospital for almost two weeks, I inquired with them. Then I was told basically they were shutting down for about a week for the 4th and essentially was also informed their insurance person didnt feel like holding long enough to get through to my insurance company. Ok... Im waiting waiting waiting. Why cant you try to wait to get my insurance company? Isnt that what insurance people do for the companies they work for? The breaking point, getting a manic call from the staff at 7:30 am. Im tired, confused, then pissed that this is when they FINALLY get back to me. Her tone escalated quickly and I was still blinking my eyes trying to figure out what was going on, and why I was woken up this way. I had to explain to her that it was not appropriate to make BUSINESS CALLS AT 7am. She kept arguing her point about how she was doing me such a favor and blah blah blah, and was completely in the right. So you wake me up at 7:30am to argue with me and piss me off even more? Awesome job people. Super impressive operation. Thanks but no thanks. When you have a great dentist and hygenist, but a staff who blocks you from seeing them, and infuriates people by aggressively calling at inappropriate times, thats not a winning combination. Ever! But what do I know?

The whole experience from my first visit with Jackie the hygienist to my most recent with Dr. Moorefield / Amber has by far exceeded my expectations of what an average dental visit typically is. They took time to make sure I was comfortable in the chair, and the ladies at the front desk made sure I understood the treatment that I needed also that I was well informed on what my insurance company would cover. Good job guys, you have a patient for life! Keep up the hardwork!

I had a really bad tooth that was causing severe pain. I have to admit I didnt call them first but they were the first ones to fit me in. They were very professional and caring. I was a big baby, wanted nitrous but they dont have it which I was super worried about but the PA was understanding and assured me that they would make it as painless as possible. She was right!!!! The dentist, she was top notch, did a fabulous job. I recommend them to anyone.

Long wait time after your appointment time, few doctors and they can spend very little time with patients as they have to juggle between so many patients simultaneously.... On the positive side, everyone is super nice and knowledgeable front desk ladies, hygienist and Doctor..

Ive been going to this place for years. I dont have insurance, but their cash prices are fair. Always a good cleaning, I get yearly cancer screenings, and they are great about contacting you to remind you of your next appointment.

We have been treated like family since day one! They even searched for an affiliated dentist for my son away at college. My whole family loves going to the dentist!
