I had a cleaning there and was surprised that the doc himself performed the cleaning . The water hand device was spraying water everywhere. It was getting on my face on my clothes ... I had never seen that before . It also happened to my wife. Secondly the hand held device he was using was overheating and ended up burning my lips as he inadvertently let it rest on my lip as he was cleaning... would I have been num I would have woken up with a 3rd degree burn on my face. I did not think it was bad until i woke up the next day with a blister on the side of my mouth. Poor maintenance or cheap equipment not sure. The asistant lady was more preoccupied by watching TV than making sure my mouth was not flooded with water and was really rough with the suction straw... we called the next day to cancel all our future apointment and the lady said she had to confirm the cancellation and would call us back ... weird... she Called back a day later to tell us that they performed some non covered procedure during the kids cleaning and asked that we pay 66 bucks for my 2 kids which is supposed to be covered 100pct. Will never step foot again. Really ackward experience. Other than that the staff is friendly but that does not make a good dentistry business unfortunately.

Worst dental experience my family ever had, just stay away is all I have to say. My wife is still in pain from a small filling from over one year ago. The dentist could not correct his mistake after three attempts & would not explain what happened claiming ignorance. Simple incompetence on a titanic scale. On top of that we were overcharged excessive co-pays on our dental plan & when I brought it to the attention of the office manager she came up with even more charges that she says were their mistake not charging us enough initially. Arrogant & abusive comes to mine but these words are too kind to describe the treatment by this office manager.

My wife Virginia and I have been patients of this dental facility for 15 plus years. Dr. Blazak was the dentist at the time(He was awesome!) and we miss him. Dr. Cooper and Dr. Martin are also both personable and excellent dentists. Connie at the front desk is the Anchor of this operation (bar none) and is why we have stayed loyal to this facility(we will miss you too Connie!) My dental team is the best! They have taken great care of me throughout having to treat a weird infection, root canal me, and take great care in making sure my crown is very comfortable... All while I have been pregnant & through a 2month period where we had some unexpected circumstances. Dr. Groy, Connie, and all of the assistants have gone above & beyond and it is greatly appreciated!
