I had a VERY painful wisdom tooth that had been causing me a lot of agony and suffering. After reaching my breaking point, my girlfriend decided to make an emergency appointment for me at this DMD. They took me in, without an actual appointment being made, diagnosed the situation and pulled not one, but two teeth out for me. I originally thought it was one, but two were bad. They explained everything to me and showed me everything so nothing was a surprise. On top of keeping me informed, she runs a very professional staff of trained ladies and they even kept the mood less intense with light banter to help any nervous patient feel relaxed. It was completely painless and definitely nothing like the horror stories Ive heard about teeth being pulled. Dr. Ball had a very friendly approach to her dentistry. She made sure I was comfortable through out the entire experience. She leaves room for questions and is very thorough explaining details about the procedure that was done. Her staff is also very friendly and treat you like a friend. Id recommend her to any body especially those with a bad previous experience with dentist as she makes it a whole new one.

The team was great. Very little time spent waiting for the next step. The staff adjusted the flow of work to get everything done. Dr Ball, Melanie and the other professionals answered all my questions and worked hard to make me feel comfortable. They had a cancellation and were quick to use that time to do a filling so I did not need to schedule an additional appointment.

Hands down best dental experience I have ever had. I called in with an emergency and was immediately scheduled in for an appointment.
