My 3-year-old and I had a great experience at Smile Magic in McAllen. From the moment we entered the facility the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. From the dental hygienist who did the cleaning and x-rays to the dentist who checked my daughters teeth, they were extremely gentle and patient. The place is awesome, they have a big theater room, indoor playground and plenty of space for kids to sit and color while they wait to be called. I especially enjoyed the medieval / princess castle theme they have going on. Inside everyone was efficient and fast. Before we left we were taken into a room where my daughter was handed a goody bag and prizes which was pretty sweet. My tyke walked out with a very big smile on her face, thank you!

Experience is great for kids but trouble dealing with the personal. They can confirm by calling and texting for a whole week and when you go they wont see you because they dentist you have set up no longer works there. Why not set up and verify all that info before going. Oh Im sorry we dont verify that information! Ask them how long has that dentist has been gone over a month why not update that information with the insurance a whole day wasted and still no appt set

Entire staff is friendly and there is no shortage of things to keep your child entertained while you wait. Which is a good thing because, as with most any doctor, you will definitely wait a while. The facility is clean and well maintained. One issue, for me, is the hours of operation which requires some work around. Also, although they are open Saturday not all services are available. Those issues are minor and the service and facility definitely outweigh any cons.

Best dental office! Kool smiles takes FOREVER and dont try to keep kids happy! After Kool smiles found another dentist with video games but hated that the dentist was always putting you down when kids will be kids! So I found smile magic thru a cousin of mine and I LOVED IT! Indoor playground, video games, and movie theater along with popcorn and cookies! Id even love to work there lol! Id give it a 10 star!

Did not like this place at all took my 2 yr old cause they were having a promotion dentist just basically told me how much tooth paste to put on the brush and how to hold him to brush, he did no cleaning himself nor checked my sons teeth nice staff and all but for me paying all i got was a slice of pizza and a tutorial on how much toothpaste to put glad i changed to a different dentist

Better than "Kool Smiles" honestly. Best place ever! So much to do while waiting and you can wait indoors watching movies and all the good stuff while staff is on lunch..not like other places that make you park outside!. Indoor playground, Movie theater and even gaming area!! I loved it for my child, even tho we drive about 30 mins to get here, its worth it!

Friendly staff, moderate wait time. The office is uncomfortably COLD! Had to take a small blanket for my kids. Other than that I have no major complaints.
