I am terrified of going to the dentist but my husband insisted I go and made the appointment for me. First impression: clean, bright and modern office. Greeted immediately by two friendly young ladies. Then the dental hygienist called me back and she made me feel so incredibly comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and was going to do. LOVE her!!! Michael explained my costs upfront so the decision making was very simple. The hygienist and dentist both informed me of the priority issues that needed to be addressed first and of those that could wait. The dentist, Dr. A was very nice and professional. I feel incredibly relieved to know that I have found a new dentist that has the friendliest staff I think Ive ever met and Ive made a promise to myself that I will go every 6 months for my routine checkups and cleanings. By the way....Ive never had such a good dental cleaning in my life. Love this office, love the staff! Patient for life!

Dr. Angerbauer has taken this practice to an entire new level with the bright and contemporary NEW office right off Eastchase Parkway. Easy to get to and a super friendly staff, great prices, who could ask for more?!? I could drive to 3 dozen different dentist in North Dallas that are WAY CLOSER, even less than 2 blocks from my front door. But the half hour drive for me is way worth the time and attention this dentist gives! Yes, its obvious Im happy as pie that Dr Mark and his staff take care of my family, but patient care and satisfaction is clearly number one. The dentist doesnt treat you like a number, youre like family there! Really! Give them a call for orthodontics too, I know they have some of the newest dental care equipment in the new office. Our daughter needs braces and there is no other dentist I would choose than Greystone for this! Happy teeth family!

I found Greystone Dental a few years ago for adult braces. I never really hated going to the dentist, but I wasnt a fan either. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave, Greystone Dental make you feel at ease and very welcomed. Dr. Angerbauer (Dr. A) pays attention to the small details and he is supported by an unbelievable team. Dr. As Office Manager, Michael handles business like no other. If its not right, the entire office will make it right. Like I previously stated, I had braces and now I have smile to die for!! Trust me, when I say Greystone is one of a kind and they dont need "50 locations" to be #1. To further prove my point I even sent the office a Thank gift last summer, that is how dang-on Uber-AWESOME Dr.A, Michael, Cesar, Jazmin and Komeak truly are. My entire family and extended family now go to Greystone Dental!

Without a doubt this is the absolute best Dental Office around. Dr Angerbauer and his staff are the most caring individuals you will ever meet. Now I will not go as far to say I look forward to going to the Dentist now! But I certainly do not put it off any longer. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. In my line of work it is hard to make appointments. I do not have a set schedule. Micheal always works with me to get me in quickly. Even today I called and had to change my next appointment Looked like I wouldnt be able to get in for a couple of weeks. Then Micheal called me back and I have an appointment to tomorrow morning! Now I do believe he can be bribed with cake but thats just my opinion!!! Seriously though this is a fantastic Dentist and staff If you are looking for a new Dentist you wont find a better one anywhere.

Dr. Mark Angerbauer, has to be the best dentist alive!!!! I love him and his entire staff....Cesar and Michael are fantastic...the ladies as well. They are always friendly and accommodating, they work hard to get me into the office at a time that works for me and they work doubly hard to stay within the limits of my dental insurance coverage. I love that Dr. Angerbauer talks with me before he does anything to me, and I appreciate this more than anything!!! I had dental surgery yesterday, and like always had no complications after...Dr. Angerbauer, has such a gentle touch and this makes visits worthwhile. I will continue to have my dental needs taken care of by these fine people and recommend if you need a dentist with strong skills and a staff thats friendly and diligent then this is the place to make an appointment.

Dr. Mark Angerbauer, Michael Augone, Cesar Luna, Komeak Edwards and the rest of the staff are the most wonderful, caring people who we trust completely with our dental care. They go above and beyond in every way to help, not only with treatments, but also with education and sincere care about their patients and we are so grateful to them for everything they have done for us. We are so fortunate to claim them as ours and continue to spread the word about the best dental service you can possibly get. They are the best of the best and the cream of the crop and we love them. We also love Dr. Wayne Peavy, who is still there part-time and went to him for years before we had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Angerbauer. This is not just a team, but a family of people who truly care about their patients. :)

I have been a patient of Dr. A for over 4 years and have to say, they have a patient for life. Dr. A has a great chairside manner and makes me feel like a friend as well as patient. He listens to, and quickly addressed the few concerns I have had, and even makes time to answer all of my questions... and there are a lot. Michael, the office manager, has always made me feel like my account is priority. He definitely has laser focus and keeps his eyes on what is most important. Cesar, Jazmin, and Komeak consistently provide the best care. I have never received care from Dr. P but he knows me by name and always has a smile on his face. My husband and my dad are also satisfied patients of Dr. A. I highly recommend Greystone Dental. They are definitely part of my family. Support the tooth!

The quality of service at Greystone Dental is second-to-none. Dr. A takes a very conservative approach to dentistry. He goes out of his way to spend time explaining your options to you, letting you leave the office confident in the care you receive. To top it off, the staff there is great! Everyone is friendly and takes the time to say hi and chat when they see you. Ive been going to Greystone Dental since 2009 and have never once had a doubt or regret.
