Worst worst service ever!!!! I dont ever hardly give bad reviews, but this is really needed. I want everyone to know. I will be talking in behalf my moms experience, she went to do 4 root canals done and two crowns. There wasnt an issue with the root canals it was done right, but when it came to do her place crown, the took was done incorrectly, she described it the size of a gum round. The tooth did not have shape of a tooth, instead it was round, I would assume they would have taken the measurements of her other tooth to make a match, well they didnt. The color of the tooth was highly yellow, and it bothered her, she went back complaining it was very big and was hurting her surrounded teeth, told her to give it 48 hours for the pain to go away. As she was in pain for 48 hours, she went want and finally sized it down, left, but was still in pain. They never let her the opportunity to talk to the dentist, instead all her complains were answered by the staff, as she is Hispanic and doesnt speak English. My mother was in pain for a long time, that she couldnt event bite. Went back after another 48 hours of pain, as the tooth was done oversized, but said they were not appointment available. Finally after a week they were able to see her, and the problem got a little better. Then they replaced her second tooth, this time was the front tooth, a crown was done, she waited almost a month to get the crown inserted. After the crown was placed, the tooth was way bigger than her other twin tooth. As you all know, the front two teeth must be exactly the same. The crown was way bigger than the other tooth and way yellowish then her other teeth. My mother complained about the tooth being bigger than the other one and way yellowish, the staffs response was, "thats the lightest white color we have" and "those are the measurements the doctor had for her tooth". That is a lie, i have friends my self that have gotten crown done with great work. After she left the clinic It was the same thing, she was under disconfirm, and advised her to come back. Same situation, my mother had many concerns but never had the opportunity for this concerns to be answered by the dentist her self, instead they were answered by her staff. This is the worst worst worst clinics anyone can go. I have been trying to contact the Complaint center in behalf my mom, but it seems theres not contact information for complaints for email.

STEER CLEAR OF Jefferson Dental Clinics in HURST!!! I am so hurt and insulted right now. Our little Nick, who is 8, was up all night with a toothache. Apparently a cavity had developed in between two of his back molars and was causing him a great amount of pain. Being that this facility is so close to our house and they could get us in so quickly, we scheduled the appointment and my husband took him in this morning. Immediately they would not allow my husband to be with Nick while being examined or while x-rays were being done. All of this went against my husbands better judgement. But Nick was in pain and he wanted help for our son. Once a dental plan was established they began the work and told my husband it would take about 45 minutes and again no one could be in the room with him other than staff. This made my husband very uneasy. After that time passed my husband asked if he could see Nick. At this time is when Lenny found out they had left Nick in a room all alone CRYING and had not even started the work. They said he was uncooperative because of his anxiety. Who does this to a child?!?!?! I have called their offices to complain and express my concerns and there is ZERO accountability or empathy on their part. Immediately the office manager (Rosie) dismisses the situation blaming my son for being uncooperative! I asked how was he uncooperative and she said he has anxiety. Her opinion was also of the mindset that we did not have to seek services at their facility. On top of this, as parents we have been made to feel like we are a problem to this office. Please guys, this is the last place I would take a child for dental care here in the HEB area. Of course I will continue to make phone calls to express my concerns to their headquarters but local folks please give great consideration before ever taking a child to this establishment. In my years of raising kids this is the first place I have ever experienced that does not encourage parents being involved. Well, except for the payment. They happily accepted parental involvement there, of course. Please share with any Facebook friends who have kids here in the area!

I made an appointment for myself and my husband this past Saturday at 1 pm at the Jefferson Dental Clinic in Hurst, TX - 398 E. Pipeline Rd. We arrived at 12:45, yet at 2:20, I was still not seen by the dentist. It was not until I got up out of the chair and found an assistant and asked to be rescheduled that the dentist came in. Then, after doing the x-rays and exam, I was given a "consulation" in which they recommended $4500 worth of treatment, and told me that because they recommended a deep cleaning, it voids the cleaning that comes with my Groupon and refused to do it. I was furious and asked for my x-rays and paperwork and was told there is an additional $30 fee for the x-rays. I told the lady I would be contacting Groupon to let you know that they are not honoring their Groupons. I totally understand the "Extra fee for additional treatment" may apply small print. But NO WHERE on the Groupon did it say that they may choose to void the cleaning part of the Groupon. If so, I would have just bought the cheaper one at $19, because that was all I received. This was definitely NOT an upscale office, and the children running around the office said they were waiting for their mother to get back from the bank. REALLY?! STAY AWAY FROM JEFFERSON DENTAL CLINIC

I live 16 miles away (which equates to AT LEAST 30 minutes with traffic) from this location; but I ABSOLUTELY refuse to go anywhere else. My whole family gets all of their dental work done at this office. Admittedly, there are things that could be better about the site/experience, but the staff is as good as it gets. My family and I are all on a first name basis with the team at this facility, and they all seem to go out of their way to offer advice and support regarding your dental work; all while treating/greeting you just like your a friend they see daily. Ive recommended this office to many of my friends, family, and co-workers and will continue to do so as long as they employ individuals like Geo, Kasandra, and Adriel. Without those three, this would just be another dreaded trip to the dentist.

Be careful going here. I havent had a cavity since I was in 2nd grade and now 33 they said they had to fill 6 of my teeth. I thought this was strange so I went to another place. When I arrived at the other dentist I didnt say a word about what they said at the Jefferson Dental Clinic about my cavities. They did the same X-rays and came back and didnt mention a thing about cavities. Scary, right? I just wanted to get a cleaning haha.
