I had gone to this office for several years and loved Dr. Babb. However, her nurse was extremely rude and I tried to overlook it. On the last few visits, I spoke to Dr. Babb about it and she defended the nurse on every count. On my last visit, I was in for a recheck after a surgery and the nurse put me in a room and left me with nothing but a sheet for 30 minutes. When Dr. Babb came in, she said she had been there for 30 minutes. I was the first appointment of the day. I also had problems with wrong codes being sent in to my insurance causing a lot of headache. We finally had a parting of ways when I had had enough and they had enough of me - a mutual agreement not to go back. Too bad. I think Dr. Babb is an excellent doctor, just not worth all the other hassles.

I DONT APPRECIATE THE WAY I WAS ATTENTED. I CALLED AND WAITED FOR A LONG TIME TO GET ANSWERED AND THE RECEPTIONIST "GIGI" she said, just answered and didnt let me finish my talk, and just transferred me to someone elses voice mail. I was disappointed. So I called again, and she answers again "GIGI" and said she cant help but she transferred me to someone that could help. Its really rude when we (the patients) call to try to get to get help, and receptionist like this one "GIGI" answers like that just transfers us to anyone without her saying it first. What we need to do, or talk to instead, etc. And not just a "Hello, this is GIGI hold on and transfer call to someone else". Thats NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.

I had my first appointment with this practice and Dr. Riggan a few days ago and was very impressed. I was taken to an exam room quickly and waited less than 2 minutes for Dr. Riggan to come in and greet me. I appreciated his bedside manner and his obvious review of my medical records. As every woman knows, our annual exam is not the most favored of medical appointments, but it was conducted professionally and efficiently, protecting both my privacy and dignity. Kudos to this practice and in particular, Dr. Riggan. Highly recommend.

Dr.Riggan is the BEST doctor Ive had with my children. Being on tenncare insurance you get the feeling that you are just another number or pay check with every doc you see. Dr. Riggan has excellent beside manner and makes you feel like he actually is concerned and actually does care about you and your unborn child. If I could do it all over again I definitely would in a heart beat!!!! Thanks for being the best OBGYN!!?

Dr. Dannemann was wonderful delivering our baby. However, this is the second baby Bluegrass has delivered and both times they have messed up the billing. I did not receive a bill either time and I had to call multiple times to get them to send me a bill. Then they tried to say that they had sent me 3 bills and I just didnt pay them! Their billing department is incapable, but I really did enjoy Dr. Dannemann.

A friend recommended Dr. Branson to me and he delivered my son. I am very happy with him as my OBGYN. I was seeing another Dr. and they didnt seem to actually care about my questions or concerns and so I switched to Dr. Branson and Im glad I did. Dr. Riggan of Bluegrass OB/GYN is very caring, helpful, and always asks and takes concerns seriously. He answers all questions, makes sure you understand. He doesnt rush you at all. He is careful and concerned with comfort and pain and overall health and well-being. He is definitely one of the best in my opinion.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bransons for years. He has a great understanding of how difficult the yearly exam is and he and his staff are very caring and professional. My daughters, my daughter-in-law and my two granddaughters are patience at Bluegrass. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
