Worst doctors office Ive ever been to! When I made my appointment Bionca said to fax my xrays which I did. When I got there they said they cant take the xrays by fax so I need them on a disk. I had to drive to the place where I had the xrays and get the disk. I came back hoping to be seen then when they said they need to reschedule. This is just the beginning. I go back when Im rescheduled and they say that cant see anything from xrays so they want an MRI with bloodwork. I had the blood drawn and MRI scheduled for later. They called me the next day and told me they used the wrong tubes for my blood so I need to come back and get blood drawn again. I did that. Finally I had my MRI and waited an hour and a half to see Dr. Alex Diamond and he tells me the cushion under my knees are very worn out. He told me there is nothing that can be done. He told me to take VITAMINS and go home. I went home and searched for options for my condition and found many although he said there was none. I was very disappointed with how he handled my situation. I would highly recommend not going here. If you are reading the comments just dont do it. I wish I read the reviews first. I see from the reviews they have always been this way. They should probably replace the management.

This breaks my heart because we love our physician at Vanderbilt Orthopaedics. However, we are deeply disappointed in the office staff. We have scheduled several appointments, make arrangements for those appointments and later get called back that it needs to be rescheduled or we have to see another doctor. This has happened too many times. It is stressful and very inconvenient, especially when you are in pain. When we have asked why or expressed concern, the responses are very rude. I have also expressed this concern to the office. Weve been with this practice for a very long time. Please do not give me the phone number to "bridge the gap". I already have it. We are very saddened to have to leave this practice if drastic changes are not made. It is extremely inconvenient to drive to Nashville. We pay a lot of money for health care like everyone else does. Appointments, professionalism, empathy, and an organized office are a big part of this.

I wish I could review the Dr. but we never spent more than 15 minutes together. On my first visit, I had to wait over 1 hour and 15 minutes for the Dr. to enter my room. He had me try to make a fist, helped me cut my brought-in-on-my-own splint, gave me some tape, and then sent me on my way. The next time, he was on time, again made me make a fist, looked at my xray, then asked if I wanted surgery-as it wasn’t necessarily needed. I declined, so again, under 15 minutes and I was out of his office with some more tape. Now I am sitting here with nearly $900.00 in bills. I hope I can afford to put clothes on the back of my soon-to-be-infants back after paying for this waste of time. And good luck trying to reach their office via phone, none of their listed numbers are actually for their office.

Called to schedule my son an appt for his broken finger to be fitted for a cast. The receptionist was rude and said couldnt get him in until Monday!? That is completely unacceptable for my child to wait 4 additional days to receive proper care! What a shame! Will be taking my business elsewhere!

I cant speak for the quality of the physician as Ive yet to have my appointment, but the woman who scheduled my appointment over the phone was extremely rude. I was stunned. Ive never had an experience like that scheduling a doctors appointment.

Dr. Diamond took care of my daughter when she fractured her wrist. The office staff was professional and caring. Dr. Diamond was informative and took time to educate us on the injury and healing process. We had a great experience.

Tried to set up an appointment with the orthopedic doctors, and the office wanted me to take physical therapy first. Isnt that backwards? Arent you supposed to see the orthopedic BEFORE. physical therapy???

Ive been to a few other orthopedic clinics; these guys actually listen to you, and they dont choose the most invasive procedures first. Highly recommend them!
