I really wanted to like this place. Heres why I gave it such a poor review 1. Waiting times will be usually at an hour. Ive come here so many times expecting this to go down and it hasnt. I referred a friend to this place who had to wait over an hour for his first appointment also. It became his last appointment. 2. The staff are under pressure to work with you very quickly or they will get fired. The doctor I followed here was amazing and truly caring, but now has been fired bc if any of them take "too long" with a patient they get fired. So how can you get quality care when a doctor is rushed to see you so quickly? Think about that. 3. I have missed so much medical care needed and am having to spend so much money on outside doctors because getting an appointment for my infant is useless. I needed vaccinations for her and needed her 9 month check up to be told she can only be seen when shes ONE YEAR old because theyre too booked up. Does this sound crazy to anyone? Bottom line, this place is a corporate greedy center. The doctors are not my issue here, it is the corporate slave drivers that have ruined any chance for me or my daughter to receive adequate care that we do pay a lot for. Stay away and support local doctors without feeding this pig.

My first visit was great with Crystal Brock. She addressed my issues with utmost care and interest and that is the reason I wanted to visit this place because of that quality shown by the medical personnel but this time the experience was terrible. During my follow up visit the nurse took me inside in the examination room to measure my weight and blood pressure and after that the waiting game began.I had to wait 45 mins in the examination room but no one showed up. I guess they dint even know that I was there waiting for the nurse practitioner. I had come from work in my lunch break and had one hour time with me. I thought that since it was my second visit there wont be any formalities of form filing and I would directly meet the practitioner. The staff simply said that they dint know why no one saw you, as if it was my duty to call someone. I Had to go to work frustrated and without clarifying my concerns. At least they should tell the patient that it will take some time for the practitioner to see you or if not that then acknowledge the inconvenience caused. I guess they just dont care about peoples health problems or just my problems must be less important than others.

I am a fairly new patient of Crystal J Brock, FNP at TriStar Medical Group Fairvue. The overall atmosphere when you walk in is very inviting. Front Office staff have always been cordial and helpful. I appreciate how quickly the medical staff assist you to the exam room, and seem very thorough when retrieving your medical history and issues for the visit. Crystal Brock, FNP is pleasant, has great listening skills, she suggests changing my lifestyle, and behaviors such a nutrition, or exercise before resorting to drugs or procedures, which I appreciated. Her nurses are very prompt when returning calls for RX or to answer questions. But most of all Crystal Brock, FNP never made me feel that my appointment time with her was being rushed. She has patience, empathy and the knowledge to ease my concerns on my medical issues.

I didnt have to see a doctor this visit but I HAD to mention how wonderful the front desk people are!!! I usually hate dealing with receptionists/secretaries/etc. but these people go above and beyond and actually care. Paige, JoAnne, Connie, and April: thank you so much for your warmth and kindness! You cant begin to imagine how much it means to me. Its been a tough couple of years and without your attention and consideration, Im not sure I would have continued using this practice (even though I love Dr. Kucich). Thank you so much for being so wonderful!!! You deserve major kudos and a substantial raise...

I wanted to comment on my recent visit to Tristar Medical Group-Fairvue. In this fast paced world we live in, where excellence is hard to find, when you see it, people should be recognized. The lobby/waiting area is well lit, clean, organized and comfortable. My appointment was on time as scheduled. Dr.Brock, who is my Primary Physician is quite knowledgeable on medical issues and is very approachable when discussing any subject. Her demeanor puts you at ease right from the get go. If you are looking for A+ health care, look no further. Thank you Dr. Brock for the great care you have shown me. David Reece

Dr. Allen presents himself with the right balance of being personable and professional. He always seems to ask useful questions and to genuinely care about his patients. Over the years Ive dealt with multiple physicians and I recommend him to everyone in the proper context. The facility itself is clean and appealing. The wait time is what I would consider average and isnt enough of a pain to be significant in a rating. The rest of the staff has been helpful and friendly. Finally, I do have to mention that Im biased due to my employment at HCA IT&S (HCA owns Tristar). Leaving that out wouldnt feel right.

Dr. Mike Kellogg really did save my life. My health was a total disaster, I was a train wreck that was crashing ready to explode. With in less then a year Im on the correct path to a better me. Dr. Mike has put a lot of time in me to make me well, he is a awesomely outstanding Doctor. I found him on the tri-star website read what he was specialized in and it was what I was looking for. I cant thank him enough for what he has done. The other Doctors and staff at Tri-Star Medical Group at Fairvue are outstanding, caring, understanding and awesomely knowledgeable.

Dr. Lisa Kellogg is always patient, listens and takes her time with me. She has genuine concern for my health issues and an excellent demeanor. I was looking for a doctor closer to home was nervous waiting to meet her for the first time, but she instantly put me at ease. Not only does she do a great job of addressing chronic medical issues, she also does a great job of addressing mental health issues. I would recommend her to anyone. The only down side for me is that it takes a month until you can get your next appointment which is very frustrating.

Group of doctors that truely care about their patients, treat them like equals and have a atmosphere that makes you feel like family. From the front desk personal to the doctors themselves everyone is friendly and treat everyone with respect. Dr. Michael Kellogg is a awesome down to earth doctor who really cares about the health of his patients. Nobody is ever just a number with him and he takes the time needed to get to the bottom of the issue at hand. This office is the best at working you in if your are sick and needing doctors care.

From check in, to nurses, lab techs, X-ray techs, to check out the staff makes you feel at home. Depending on my need scheduling has always been to my satisfaction. My doctor always takes time to resolve my issues with genuine concern. Ive been with my doctor for a few years now and in the beginning it was because of insurance but, now I would hate to think Id have to go anywhere else. At first the office was in Portland but, I like the convenience of the brand new office in Gallatin!
