Worst experience with a wic office! I moved here from another county. I have kids NOT one kid. I was treated with such disrespect because my other person was holding my oldest child so they could shove fluoride down her mouth! I have never experienced this anywhere else. Im not sorry that I have more than one child and they require more than one person to handle at appointments! Theyre supposed to be non judgmental but even the supervisor rolled her eyes at me. Im the parent who will stand up for myself when Im being judge by someone with a crappy degree who couldnt do something else better with their degree! Dont tell me how to get my kid to eat! I do what I have to in order to have cooperation with eating. Dont talk to me like Im someone who doesnt understand what you are saying. Talk like a regular human being because lady I knew you were talking in a fake voice the moment you introduced yourself! If you people even think about charging their ins for shoving fluoride down their mouths you better think again!!! Not to mention I was made to feel uncomfortable because my youngest is still on a bottle! NOT ALL KIDS ARE THE SAME AND DONT COME OFF A BOTTLE AT THE SAME TIME!!! My child is going on his own pace and Im ok with that!! I hope to never be back at this place! Wic program is great but this facility does it NO justice! Hopefully in the next 3 months I wont have to be back.

Worst experience ever. Dr. Cinnamon is rude, has no bedside manor and argues with everything you say. She is to busy trying to prove shes right to take what her patients are saying about their bodies and their health into consideration. I hope I never have to see her again. The office ladies were beyond friendly and helpful.

Awful. Got there at 8 when they opened, first person in the door. They didnt call the first person up until an hour later! And they were taking people who got there after me before me, when we were there for the same thing.
