First, you wont see your therapist for at least two visits, but theyre happy to charge you as if you did. The intake involved them taking an invasive inventory of my personal issues. It required that I reveal how many guns are in my home and where they are kept. It also required that I submit to a urinalysis. Just for a background, I have extensive experience being in the mental health care system over the last 20 years. NEVER have I ever been asked to submit to a drug test accept when I was an inpatient. Whats more the intake person said "This doesnt look like urine" when I carried it back to her through halls filled with other patients. The inquisitorial nature of the intake caused me to feel like a criminal. cancel my business with them. FYI: I passed the drug test... because I dont do drugs. Which theyd already asked me and didnt believe my answer.

On May 20, 2010, I arrived at Centerstone for an appointment with my therapist and waited for about twenty minutes before one of the staff members told me that my therapist was not there. Then, after I rescheduled the appointment, I found out that the staff had mistakenly scheduled my second appointment at the Martinsville facility instead of the Bloomington facility. Since then, I have canceled any future appointments and have simply been trying to get refunded the $35 I paid up front for the appointment when my therapist did not show up. It has been several weeks, and I still have not received my refund. I wasted time, money, and paid time off work attempting to seek help at Centerstone. I wish I had gone somewhere else.

Unbelievable. I was considering becoming a patient. It became clear very quickly that they are just wanting to make money with little concern of the actual health of patients. I see no evidence, in my experience alongside my partners treatment, that they have actually helped. It is DANGEROUS to prescribe medication without a significant amount of reason to do so. It is DAMAGING to medicate first instead of allowing the body to become regulated and neutral/balanced. Water fountains were all broken... WATER IS LIFE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It has been 5 months I still have not seen an actual sychiatrist or prescribed medication... Two "counsellors" have diagnosed me as borderline... I do not remotely fit the perameters of this conclusion... They jumped to this after initially diagnosing me bipolar... In one meeting! I recommend to go elsewhere like a family physician unless court ordered... Unfortunately they took so long processing my help requests for severe anxiety and depression, I now am... Stay away from this place...

Are they ever in the office? Ive tried calling them all day and they dont answer the phone. They failed to send an evaluation to the diversion office, and now I am on the verge of being terminated from the program. So unorganized and crazy. All they have to do is fax it over!

Stay away from this place, especially Deb Slikkers they dont care about clients, if you tell them your sucidal they ask why havent you done it yet your still here? Since the joined up with Tennessee that place has gone downhill, before that it was a great place.

They got me in literally one time a month I would never recommend this place to anyone who needs help or rehabilitation they are awful or understaffed or a combination of the two. I will never make this mistake again. Do not go here thats all I can day

There s joke. Took drug test came back I did some kind of drug I have never taken So how is a person to prove they didnt do it when they wont redo test. There a joke!!!!!
