Let me start by saying, I do not normally go out of my way to write a bad review, especially not for a small business; but this was so bad, I felt it was necessary. We took our pet here because we had seen all of the good reviews and were excited to take advantage of it. When we came in, the nurses were cold toward us, and said it was necessary for her to get a check up along with her second set vaccine which we had come for, and convinced us to get the more expensive set of shots. The $9 check up just consisted of the nurse picking her up and giving her a once over. And ironically, after she got the dewormer, we found roundworms and blood in her stool later that day. She also had an adverse reaction to the vaccine (diarrhea, vomiting). We had to take her to a different vet to the next day and found out she had an ear infection (which the petcheck nurse obviously hadnt seen in his "exam" which we had paid for), and roundworm (her fecal test was clean at petcheck, so we dont know where it came from), and we paid $137 at the second vet to fix all the problems this place caused!

I will never go back to this clinic. I have never felt so much anger going to a animal clinic. I rescued a 2 year old dog about a month ago and he is very sick. He has been going to his regular clinic but got really sick this past week. His regular clinic stated for me to try and get him in somewhere else to see whats going on since he is super sick. I called Petcheck on Tuesday to explained everything that was going on. The girl who scheduled us said " ok we will see you tomorrow". I took PTO at work to bring my baby in, driving 30 mins each way to take him mind you. We get to the clinic, not one person there to be seen and they turned their noses up saying that they couldnt see my dog because they are a "busy" clinic and his issues are too extensive. I have NEVER seen a clinic turn away a sick pup. I get it, its a low cost vet and Im sure they are busy most days, but there was not one person in there with their dog. I will never go back nor will I ever send anyone I care about to that clinic.

I have never had a problem when I visit this clinic. I have taken both my personal dogs and my Fosters there. I took one of my fosters their for an eye problem and it was just what I thought it was Demedexed Mange. Their meds are pricey, except if you are going for the heart worm prevention they rock on those prices; And I will definitely be using them for all of my dogs with their Heartworm Testing Plan, you cant beat it. So they will be seeing me a whole lot in this area. I would never take my animals their for emergencies it clearly says WELLNESS CLINIC. MEANING THEY ARE NOT A FULL SERVICE VET CLINIC! They Rock in the Wellness part. Every time I go their they are always nice to me.

While the space is not high-end the Vet knowledge and follow up is superb. I have been taking my pets for years to get their vaccinations and flea/tick medication. Our boxer experiences seasonal breathing issues and needs a shot of a steroids. The second season this happened the Vet called a few days later to follow up and check-in on our dog. Would highly recommend but keep in mind the front desk staff is not highly trained in customer service so go in knowing that.

I used to take my dogs to get their yearly treatments at a very fancy veterinary hospital that I liked a lot, but when I started college I could no longer afford it. I did some research and found this clinic. I was so impressed by how my dogs got the exact same treatment at a fraction of what I paid before. Its a very modest clinic but they get the job done, and theyre very kind to my babies.

These people are extremely rude I took my rabbit to get his teeth trimmed they did a pass poor job and didnt even trim his teeth properly and he cant even eat and when I asked to go back so they fix them they told me I have to pay again when they didnt even do the job right the first time...of you love your animals dont bring them here unless you want a headache dealing with aholes

The worse Vet in Houston. Horrible customer service. Not helpful if you are not purchasing products from them. Dont care about the well-being of your animal. Will attempt to swindle you. Inconvenient hours of operation. Provides the wrong information about your pet, prescriptions and whether they need to be seen or not. Save yourself the headache and some time. Go elsewhere.

We foster rescue dogs and the vet/team here is great about taking care of our dogs. Everyone is super nice, theyre incredibly affordable, and weve never had a long wait to see the vet. They didnt even complain when one of our foster dogs decided to pee all over their welcome mat :) Highly recommend.

Great experience! Doctor and staff very kind to animals and owners. Even though they dont do surgeries at this location, you can easily maintain yrly vaccinations, and non-life threatening treatments. I was very impressed.
