For the sake of your pets, please do NOT ever go here. We took our 3.5 year old Jack Russell Terrier there to be boarded. She was in perfect health, had been fixed, vaccinated, the works. The vet technician responsible for taking her out while she was boarded, carelessly took her off leash in an unsecured walking pen. Our dog got out, ran to the road, and was killed. We consider this to be negligence on part of the vets office, and despite covering the costs of our dogs final arrangements (as they should have), their insurance offered only $200 to cover the loss we felt after this tragedy. We had used this vet for four years, we expected better. We held this vets office to a higher standard and were grossly disappointed. Nothing can bring back the loss of a pet, but there is nothing worse than losing a dog when you leave her in the care of a professional expected to protect her. Please do not take your pet to this vets office, find a safe place for your loved one.

Very happy with this place. We were trying to find a vet close by for our 4 month old puppy with a skin condition that we adopted from BARC downtown. We called several vets in the area and they either wouldnt see him without an appointment or were just rude. This place however saw us within 10 miniuts after calling them. Come to find out our puppy had demodox mange which was not what BARC told us, they said it was an alergy to fleas and the bravecto they gave him would help clear it up. But BARC only gave him a partial dose and it came back. We were here for about an hour and after the exam, skin scraping, booster shots, more bravecto and some antibiotics it was only about $260, whitch in my opinoin is very reasonable for the kind of caring service we received. The doctor explained all the options and the staff even called BARC to get more information. Overall just a wonderful place to take your four legged children.

I was told by the staff at my current vet that one of my foster cats might have been a good match for this hospital as a hospital cat, so I called to see...And the result was very unprofessional. Why would you laugh at someone asking a legitimate question, especially when they have no idea of their situation, have never visited this hospital, and was simply calling because they were referred? I will never take any of my fosters here, or personal pets, simply for the unprofessionalism from the front staff. If you answer the phone, you are the first - and sometimes ONLY- impression a person will receive for the clinic you work in. No, it wasnt a joke. It was a legitimate question. If the front staff cant answer a simple question as "yes" or "no", and feels the need to LAUGH at a customer, I cant even imagine how the staff behind the front desk acts.

Beware this Veterinarian clinic steals!!! The vet illegally obtained sperm from my show dog and used it for a litter and has more sperm frozen in her clinic!!! I found out through AKC and through the other agency that collected the sperm, as she didnt even bother to do it herself! ! Foolish, I have all the paperwork and you can contact Atlanta ICSB who will tell you they were told she owned the dog and was shown forged AKC Papers!! She never owned the dog I am the only owner!!! I sent a semen tank to her vet office to retrieve that stolen semen and the other collections I had stored and sent a prefilled UPS form to have it transferred to another storage facility and they kept the brand new tank!!! And still have the semen!!! THEIVES THEIVES THEIVES A complaint is now on file with the medical review board!!!

I have used Dr. Bookout for over 15 years and wouldnt go any other place! I have tried other clinics nearer to my home, but found their way of taking care of my dogs were with less quality and very little communication. My 1 yr old blind dog developed a blood disorder along with a emergency blood transfusion in Dallas. As soon as I got home I went to Dr. Bookout and she subscribed medication for 2 months and he was healed, not another problem since. He is now 8 yrs old. I am grateful for their kindness and consideration at all times here at Suburbia!

I took my small dog here to get a nail trim. Hes an abused dog that i adopted & absolutely hates having his nails touched. The people here stuck him in a musle where he couldnt see or do anything, they also did stick him in a different musle where he could see. But he is terrified of having his nails done. And they scared him so bad he peed himself. Im mad. I wont be bringing him back. My goal was to get him use to having his nails trimmed, not scaring the piss out of him. Very much unprofessional & no regards for the pet.

I was desperate for a vet that did AIs when my old vet wouldnt answer their phone or email me back. I was so happy when Suburbia emailed me back and on a holiday too! I took my girl in for a exam, two Progesterone tests and for AI. I am beyond happy with them, theyre very nice, professional and my dog really likes them. They kept me informed the entire time on how she was doing and what was going on. Well be back for an ultrasound and will be using them as vet from now on.

I brought coco in for a surgical yesterday upon arriving home I noticed her nails had been clipped. Boy if only you knew the tantrums she throws when its that time lol. Its the small things like that that lets me know my dog is in the best hands! I had to take the time out to thank your team and you have definitely earned my business in the future.

I love this Doctor. She is great. It is one of the only clinics I have found that also take birds. She has seen my birds as well as my dog. She was great with all of them. Not sure if they have good prices or not. I can never leave without spending more than I expected. But I guess you pay for what you get.

Awesome care. Up to date knowledge. Pricing reasonable for the area. Experienced...but not afraid to refer to specialists if presented with something that is beyond their abilities. I like Vets that are pragmatic yet gentle in how difficult information is delivered.

Love this place! They have great customer service and are always great to by 4 legged babies. The vet explains everything to you and the techs handle my baby very well when examining her. I will be back and I will recommend to my family and friends.

Wish I would have found this place sooner. Great staff, awesome doctor, facility is small and feels like home. Absolutely my type of place. Highly recommend for every service, regular visits, hospital needs, boarding this place rocks!

This place was great! The vet actually took her time and didnt rush through it like VCA did and she was a lot more caring. She gave us great advice, Im definitely going to be going back there.

Great people. Love my pets. The only problem is when they gave me Trifexis for my dog and it almost killed her. Make sure you google "Trifexis deaths" before you give your pet this poison.
