Horrible experience. Had called ahead to ask how much I would have to pay and was told to call my insurance, after doing so and confirming a price I was charged 3x what my insurance told me. When I asked why, the cashier up front told me "I dunno ", she shrugged her shoulders and gave me the most horrible look. Thats not all, when I first entered I was greeted and asked to sign in. I did so. Then the girl up front got busy with phone calls and paperwork and ignored me. Five minutes later she looks at me and very rudely says "Im waiting for your insurance and ID", which she didnt ask me for when she told me to sign in. I then waited for 2 hours to get seen. The doctor did his thing. Then I noticed people kept walking in and out of my exam room without knocking before entering while I was fully exposed, thank goodness Im not shy. The last assistant that was there didnt even acknowledge me until she handed me the doctors prescriptions and instructions. FINALLY, the last straw was that the doctor recommended certain vitamins for me to take but after careful examination of the vitamins I noticed they were generic ones I could buy over the counter but they tried to sell their own brand one me for a ridiculous amount. I will not be going out recommending anyone here again.

Horrible experience as a new patient and of course never going back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Karen Herman. I waited an hour and a half to be seen and when I finally saw the Doctor it was for five minutes and to tell me that the removal of skin tags is not covered by insurance. That should have been told to me when I called to make my appointment so that I could make the decision of whether or not to still go see this Doctor who by the way has no manners. On top of that I was overcharged my co-pay and over charged the office visit because for the five minutes that I saw her a 99203 level of office visit is definitely a flag to an insurance company of fraudulent billing.

Writing this review whilst waiting to be seen. Appointment was at 10am and it is now 11:20am and still no signs of bein called anytime soon. I just left and cancelled my appointment. I hate these types of greedy clinics that overbook and that show zero respect to peoples time. If you plan to visit them make sure to have 2 to 3 hours of your day to spare.
