Sloppy, untrustworthy, rude, intolerant of requests for help - Id rather eat scrap metal than repeat the agony of dealing with these people. The doctor sent Quest a correction to her first lab order, which the Quest staff said would be "no problem" to fill. They filled the incorrect one anyway, costing me more money. When I called to correct the problem, they had no record of the lab work, and referred me to an obsolete phone number for billing. When I tracked down the correct number, they rudely insisted that theyd done nothing wrong, and refused to refund the overcharge.

Showed up at 9:00 for a 9:30 am appointment that I made on line a week earlier. Two people were leaving. Two were seated filling out paperwork and waiting. Signed in and sat down for a minuite. Was called to go to one of the rooms. Claudia met me and asked for ID, doctor info and insurance card. She updated my profile and then gathered the required samples. In and out in umder 30 min. Much faster than any doctors office i have ever visited. She was cordial and polite, kept me informed at each step and put me at ease. Yes id reccomend this location.

There was only one employee working. Terrible way to handle patience. Management needs to rethink the business plan. Patience should not have to wait 20+ minutes with no opportunity to talk to anyone.

They dont respect if you have an appointment. First come first serve. If you have an appointment you have to make the line and wait like somebody else without appointment.

The facility was clean, the receptionist and phlebotomist friendly and professional. Good experience. Ive sent my husband, father in law and now my 6 year old son here.
