Customer service in the call center is poor, it took more than 25 minutes to talk to a human then they told me they couldnt transfer me to the kendall location because the customer service representative was at lunch, (one representative?), then i asked to have an appointment confirmation and the lady respectfully told me that i had to call them but she cant give me the number of the kendall location so i had to call for 25 more minute after 2 o clock to finally get connected, and it was no appointment registered for me. they are working with patients, please make your salary worth

New facility is clean and near my house. Yes, they do treat people like cattle, but they have to process a lot of patients. No one wants to go and get blood drawn or give a stool sample or pee in a cup. So I understand why this place has bad reviews from pissed off people that would rather not come here. This is not a restaurant or hotel, so get over it. If you dont want to wait a long time, then come at 7 am when it opens and youll be out in 40 minutes.

This place is horrible. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Im currently sitting in the waiting room for a drug test for a job and its been over an hour. They said it would only take 15 minutes to call me because its a quick process. Pee in a cup and leave. These people have so many exam rooms and only 2 people are calling patients in. And apparently making an appointment does nothing to speed up the process cause youre still going to wait at least an hour.

Having an appointment means nothing. Still had to wait in two separate waiting rooms. It seems as though they feel the need to bring everyone in to the second waiting room for nothing. Empty one waiting room to fill the next. Service is stagnant. Its a miracle if I will get seen today. Thank god my bladder is still ok after an hour by the way for a place that deals with blood and body fluids for them not to have any soap or paper towels is pathetic

No es justo que con 6 consultorios solo hayan 3 flebotonistas por eso hay tanta gente esperando y mucha demora ellas hacen lo que pueden pero falta gente para atender a los pacientes.

The people at the front desk are so rude. You have to wait until they finish talking between them what happen in their personal lifes and they will take care if you. I noticed that the rudeness coming from the 3 girls at the windows. The plebotomist was ok. So sad noticed how the customer service in this place is that bad.

Horrible waiting time! Got here at 9:30am just for a quick urine test for a job and got called at 12pm something that only takes 1minute, their excuse seems to always be that the system is down, overrall staff is great but be prepared to wait 2+ hours even if you have an app doesnt make a difference.

staff at he Windows are rude,resultas were not send to my doctor, and when his office requested it took them a week and several fax notices to obtain them.the star I give it to the phlebotomist, she was professional and knowledgeable.
