My experience with Cocoa Beach Walk In Clinic was great! I showed up and was greeted immediately at reception and given patient info papers to fill out. Reception was prompt, courteous, and helpfuL. Minutes after completing the paperwork I was received and had the cursory vitals and questioning taken care of before being taken to the exam room. The nurse was very polite and extremely efficient in completing her job, at one point taking 3 vitals at once while recording patient info at the same time. Shortly after Being seated in the exam room I was met by Dr. Switzer who was courteous and attentive. She quickly had all the information she needed and kept things moving along with some light conversation about plans for the upcoming holidays. It was a quick and clear visit, without feeling hurried or as if she was being inattentive. I was then led straight to payment processing and was quickly out of there with a script for flu meds and a note for work (which takes attendance like home room in high school.) Couldnt ask for better! 5 stars all the way!

Came to the clinic, was diagnosed w/ pneumonia and prescribed antibiotic for treatment for 10 days. In 9 days I felt even worse than before and came back to the clinic. Different Doctor looks at my X-ray from the previous visit and says that I dont have pneumonia and offers me a shot of a different antibiotic while saying that I probably have a virus. Long story short - seems like the 2 doctors are just working by a script and just assign antibiotics left and right w/o diagnosing what is really going on. If you are looking for medical professionals I suggest that you look somewhere else.

Not your average urgent care center. I had to visit because of a wrist injury. I am not a big fan of going to Doctors. But I was in a lot of pain and had to do something and did not want to go to the emergency room. I was so impressed by how clean and professional everyone was. The Doctor she was fanastic and knew what she was doing. I had x-rays and all was well. It is a comfort knowing that they are here in Cocoa Beach. I did make my appointment online but I still had about a 40 minute wait. But I really didnt mind because I felt I received good care.

Unbelievable. I have never had a good experience with an urgent care center until now. I was on travel to the area and got a really bad skin infection that needed immediate attention. I was in to see a great doctor and had my prescriptions from CVS in hand all in an hour. Im in shock.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The waiting room was spacious and clean. The doctor and nurse were great with my 5 year old son. It took us a little less than an hour on a Sunday afternoon for a diagnosis and prescription for tonsillitis. We would definitely visit them again!

Went in for strep throat, the doctor saw me within 15 minutes of my appointment and got me some antibiotics (ive dealt with it many times before) and sent me on my way. Very nice staff, clean place.
