Made an appointment over 2 weeks in advance when I arrived and showd my appt confirmation sheet was told thats just for an appointment, there in nothing in the system for you and you need to call this number. so I have to got outside because there is no service inside the facility. I make the call and am told a fax ill be sent over in about 5 min so I return inside and tell them about the fax. few min later I see a fax coming thru the lady next to one im dealing with pick it up looks at it and puts it down says nothing like is anyone waiting for a fax for James " , I say after a few any fax yet ? I will look she says I said its probably the the lady picked up a few min ago and placed in down. I thick her name was MARIA . IT was my fax then Maria says is cant read bottom numbers to pit you in the system your going to call again.So agin I need to go outside why she cant call for me is beyond me she was no help at all . Finally was put in system and when I was called and they took my blood pressure it was very high gee I wonder why? Maria was rude, loud and not helpful at all, wont be going back there any time soon .

My experiences at this location have all been positive as far as the procedure goes, my problem has to do with trying to contact the Homestead office directly, it cant be done. Quests centralized corporate contact system is so generalized that it is impossible to contact any particular location, or any human for that matter, to attempt to address a problem. They used the wrong insurance member # when they submitted my bill so the insurance denied payment. Sounds simple right? Call them up and give them the correct number so the can resubmit it and get paid, but its not humanly possible.

5 stars for speed if you made an appointment. 0 stars for customer service. They treat you as if you were getting booked for jail. Front desk and most of the women staff need to take a class in basic mannerism. A few nice ones that know how to say "hello". You cant teach whats not taught at home. Overall its a pretty good place. Not there to make a friend, just there to get my blood drawn and go on my merry way. The rude staff helps remind u of that :)

I agree with all the other reviews that you can NOT call to make / change your appointment or ask questions you might have. This is an HUGE drawback! The waiting room is very tiny and cramped also. But I had to give them some stars because once you finally get called to the back to have your blood drawn, the techs are nice and do an excellent job.
