The doctor is awesome very kind and understanding. Which for a OB is important to feel relaxed. So they filed my claim from my first visit incorrectly and it was denied so called Medicare to find out why well the coding was as a office visit not a medically need so the code needed to be changed and resubmitted to Medicare. Which is so easy. I had an issue and called to make an appointment and when I got there they refused treatment and I was told it would take weeks blah blah! So because of my past medical billing from working in a coding and billing department. Well she refused to call and said I cant help you today. Im to busy to call the main billing office. She acted like her hands were tied however she should have called Medicare on the spot and verified that if recoded they would cover. Im very disappointed that they acted like they couldnt help but I know different. So needless to say Im very disappointed with the coding department. Because actually it was their error to begin with. In all my years I have never been refused service anywhere. Im so frustrated because people can help but they choose not to. So I ended up in s clinic. I have insurance and I cant believe I was treated this way. I would like the doctor to know that I was refused because Im pretty confident that if she understood the issue she would have seen me!!! The office staff is completely unhelpful. Well I love the doctor but I dont know if I will ever return because they made the error and treated me like that. Im going to try and write a letter to dr. Ivery. I think if she knew the situation she would have treated me.

Dr. Ivery has been my GYN since she arrived in town so many years ago. She is such a delight and is truly talented at the work she does. I would recommend her to ALL of the ladies out there! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. Dr. Ivery is very wonderful at listening to all of your concerns and putting your mind to ease on the issues that arent really issues. She is great at giving you all of your options and if you dont agree with her all you have to do is simply tell her your opinion and she will explain to you why she suggested her option. She never forces you to do anything that you do not want to do. Truly a warm and wonderful woman.

Ive been going to Dr. Ivery as a patient for many years. She is wonderful...always takes her time with you and makes you feel very comfortable. When she performed surgery on my mom, she really took the time to make sure our family understood the procedure and provided great post-care and follow up. Its one thing to have a doctor take good care of you, but its another when its your mom! I enjoy that she continues to expand her practice to really care for all the unique needs of womens health. I highly recommend Dr. Ivery and the new HerCare!

the doctor is really nice but omg was it impossible to get thru to the office and ultimately her. So many unreturned phone calls and she blew off a virtual Skype appointment,so unprofessional but theyre going through a lot of changes in the office right now if that makes it right or not I dont think it does. Im looking for a new doctor. im really sad about it because I liked her.

Dr. Ivery was wonderful but her staff is rude and very unhelpful. I had an issue with the way they coded some labs I had done, causing insurance not to pay. The office was so unhelpful and unwilling to change any coding. The experience with the staff was horrible and I wont be going back.
