when i call their number, its a robot, which is frustrating by itself. then, once i reach a real person, they have to connect me to the office I need. so Im on hold, again. THEN, more often than not, its another recording telling me "Were sorry. There is no one available to take your call. Goodbye." and all of it was for nothing. we had a hellacious experience at the concord office. the people here dont care about you, youre late and need medication so you dont kill yourself? too bad. reschedule. and they dont actually have psychiatrists! its all physicians assistants! the receptionists see you as a bother. almost all of the receptionists Ive encountered have no common sense, just dumbfounded when you ask the simplest of questions. the PA I saw last time forced me to take a medication I expressed that I was opposed to taking. a few days later, I just stopped taking them on my own because I hated the side effects and the PA didnt listen. I have experienced one kind person named Alex and she was a nurse. overall, this place is incredibly unprofessional and has been an excruciatingly frustrating experience.

Incompetent group. The "doctor" wrote me two bad prescriptions. Two!!!!!!!!!! Their number does is completely unreliable. At times it does not work at all.
