Extremely full, no place to seat, the person in charge to receive the patients can not fulfill the demand. you make an appointment by the time that you are called to enter you spent more than 20 minutes. The person that get the blood sample are too tough with their hands. This is a huge problem with Quest Diagnostic to big to control the Customer Service.

Very unfriendly the response I received from the (male) receptionist. I tried to get a phone number from them for me to call them and coordinate time of blood test but this person was very unfriendly in his response. I left the premises disappointed about their service

No point in making appointment because you still have to wait. I am just dropping off a specimen and its a 2 hour wait... when the lady at the front desk told me I would just have to drop it off. 2 hours of my time is not "Just dropping off".

Every time I come, the wait is brutal. Its a little better if you make an appointment yet you still have to wait. Too much demand for the supply. This is a Corp problem. I plan Not to use this location anymore. Staff are nice and pleasant.
