In my 36 years I have been fortunate to never require dental work until today. I was in a lot of pain and to say I was nervous/scared was an understatement. I was extremely impressed from the moment I walked into the office in which I was immediately welcomed and greeted by Ashley. She was pleasant and very customer service oriented! She insured I got all my paperwork completed and then asked if she "Could please borrow my ID?" Verses the abrupt way one is normally asked at Drs offices. As if that didnt impress me already I was called back and Ashley escorted me to the room for my exam and gave me a welcome gift. In a very nice, clean exam room Mara the assistant was waiting to take my xrays. She queried as to what brought me into their offices today and intently listened without interruptions and was very empathetic!! After she finished with my xrays the DDS Dr. Tej Vaidya came in. He shook my hand and greeted me with a kind, big smile! WOW!! He went over the problem and went over his recommendations for treatment. He answered all of my questions and trust me I had plenty! He didnt make me feel like I was being rushed out and he explained everything thoroughly. Needless to say I scheduled my appt. I am so happy with my visit and confident that upon my return I will be taken care of and leave with my smile intact! This has been the best bedside service I have received in years..maybe ever! I would recommend this office and I am sure from beginning to end you will receive exceptional service /treatment! Thank you so much Dr. Vaidya, Mara and Ashley !! I am NOT a fan of the dentist in ANY way. As a child, I have had many trips to the dentist and a mouth full of fillings. Still today not a fan of the dentist. Here recently I was referred to Advanced Endodontics from Aspen Dental in Mt.Dora for ANOTHER root canal. At that point in am in OMGGGGG mode and nerves set in. I stepped up made my appt to get my tooth fixed. I got to the office in Clermont, and greeted by the receptionist with a HUGE SMILE & welcomed right on in. With my bucket of nerves I got in the chair. Here comes Monica and Mara they were there to say Dr Vaidya was on his way to see me. I told them he better love me and not hurt me. This man is a TRUE GEM! HE SAVED THE DAY! He was so kind, gentle and careful and just a handful of AWESOMENESS! I got up with tears of being PAIN FREE in my worse fear ever THE DENTIST. I told him THANK YOU for not hurting me. I had to sqweeze ALL of their heads off to show my thanks. I even wore my T-shirt they gave me the next day showing that I am a big girl and "I SURVIVED A ROOT CANAL!" Thank you to ALL of you at Advanced Endodontics Clermont for helping me. I know if I ever need a root canal, I KNOW WHO TO CALL! ...

Office was state-of-the-art, but, in my opinion - the care and service is absolutely NOT. Did not receive the level of expertise in the consultation or procedure that was expected. Procedure was halted due to issue, Dr. assured I would receive a follow-up and a credit within two days. I was there for a two-part procedure in which I consented and pre-paid for (while still in the chair), however, 16 days later I am yet to receive any satisfactory follow-up or credit for services not performed (and still have to have the tooth cared for). Not my first root canal - but, first & last visit to this office (Lake Mary). Based upon my experience, I do not recommend would encourage all to look at ALL reviews (wish I would have). I was sent home, over-charged, in-pain (there was previously no pain), for a halted procedure and left with jagged tooth structure (which thankfully my dentist brought me in immediately upon hearing of my experience next day to relieve that issue - since was causing undue pain). The Dr was walking out with his backpack on even before I was in my car - did not feel I was in the hands of an expert or professional.

From the moment you step inside, you get a sense of cheerfulness and relaxation. The front staff eagerly greet you with a warm smile and goodie bag, escort you down a hall of smiling hygentists then into an exam room where you are met by your personable hygentist. As you wait for the doctor, your nerves calm further by the spa-like ambiance and staff member. She answers your questions to the best of her abilities and before you know it the doctor walks in with a welcoming smile. He listens to your questions and concerns and answers each of them honestly. This was my initial experience for a consultation. I have never had a root canal before, and while I was shaking from the idea of what they may have further discovered, I actually couldnt wait to schedule my procedure! Im looking forward to getting my first root canal because of how accommodating and reasonable the staff and Doctor are. I am very impressed by Advanced Endodontics. Too bad he doesnt share his practice with a DMD, because I would love to become longterm patient!

I just recently went to AE to get a root canal done. Unfortunately I have had to get a root canal done prior to this for a different tooth and with a different dentist. I believe it is safe to say that AE was very professional and made the experience as pain free as possible. Out of the experiences I have had with root canals and dentists this definitely ranks as #1. From the front desk greeter Ashley to the dental Assistant Mara and the dentist Dr. Chen all the way to walking out the door AE does their very best to make you feel welcome and comfortable. AE seems to be a dental office that strives to use the latest and greatest equipment and techniques to provide the best service possible. You can even watch a movie while they do their work! Thank you AE for making a dreaded and unfortunate circumstance such as a root canal into a pleasant experience. I hope its my last root canal lol..

I could not have been more impressed with my experience at Dr. Chens office. I was a bit apprehensive going into my root canal appointment due to the pain I felt on my problematic tooth, but my anxieties quickly went away the moment I stepped into his office. The waiting room is comfortable and relaxing, front staff was very friendly, the dental assistant was prompt in calling me in and very efficient while assisting the Dr, and Dr. Chen was so personable and competent, with some pretty cool high tech gadgets, that my anxieties were quickly forgotten. It was an overall EXCELLENT experience, in a very unpleasant circumstance (needing a root canal). They even gave me a goody bag on the way out with some pretty cool swag. :) Thanks for the wonderful service and care Advanced Endodontics!

I first visited this office in January 2016, to have a previous root canal redone. I did not realize at the time that I was not well. I spent almost a week in Hospital followed by weeks of recovery. Although I only had one visit to this office, I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Dr. Chen and his staff. Fast forward, March 2016, I returned to Dr. Chens office to complete my root canal. My nerves were on edge due to my illness but I need not have worried. Dr. Chen was patient and did a perfect root canal (yes I saw the resulting e-ray). His Assistant Monica was so kind and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Thank you both for your kindness and professionalism. I hope I will not need another root canal, but if I do I will come to Advanced Endodontics.
