This is a horrible office with no customer service skills whatsoever. I should have known when I called to make an appointment at 4:30 and they called me back that same day to ask me if I could come at 4 instead because the doctor wanted to leave early? Really?? Then when we got to the office, no one greeted or even acknowledged us. I was later told to just sign into the sign up sheet after standing around like a fool. Then when we were called in, it took me a minute to gather my children and items but the girl who called us just took off, so again we were just left there standing around like fools, not knowing where to go until I asked. My sons were in for a cleaning and the girl barely brushed his teeth (not a cleaning at all!) and my second son who has developmental delays was completely ignored because he was crying and nervous. The dentist then came in and it literally took her less than a minute to inspect their teeth. My son with the delays has a cavity and she was quick to refer us somewhere else because she doesnt deal with "difficult" children. Really?! Wow Ive never been treated like this before ever. I understand my child has special needs that you may not be able to meet but have some tact I how you explain this. "I dont deal With difficult children" is not the way to explain it. Needless to say, I will never go back to that place and I hope that I have saved many of you from the trouble of dealing with such low class service!

This is worst office to try to set up an appointment or cancel an appointment. I called this morning to cancel my daughters orthodontic appointment. The lady who answered told me I have to speak to a different receptionist because that particular receptionist is the one who handles the appointments for braces. She went on telling me that the braces receptionist was not on the schedule and they didnt know if she will be in, so I should call later. So, I called at 2pm and they told me to call in an hour she was out to lunch. I called at 3:15, they transferred me and phone kept ringing then it got cut off. I called again and they put me on hold for a minute, then transferred me. Got cut off again. I called again, and I asked if she was in, they told me she was on the phone and to call back in 20 minutes. I called and they told me she wasnt at her desk and if they can take a message or if I wanted to hold. I told her I will hold. I waited 11 minutes before she finally picked up! I dont understand why I have to go through so much red-tape to reschedule an appointment! Dont the other girls there know how to do scheduling for the other department?! They seriously need to cross-train these girls!

After searching for a dentist in Chicago I came across Brite Dental. I have been going to them for years and have had all good experiences with them. I have had a lot of dental issues so I go to the dentist more than the average person. I have seen Dr. Fadi Aqel for root canals and fillings and all have gone really well. They have gotten me in last minute when my tooth cracked and another time when I had severe tooth pain. The dental hygienist are all skilled and gentile with their patients. The best part is they can tell you what everything is going to cost before hand. The work with you and your insurance to be sure you can afford the work they are going to perform. There is no "sticker shock" after the fact. Highly recommend Brite Dental/Dr. Fadi Aqel

This place is medieval. My dad for a tooth infection which swelled my whole cheek or something, the dentist injected him with anesthesia so he would not feel a thing. but as soon as the needle was out the dentist just started jabbing in his mouth. seriously? not even a minute? This is not the first time this occurs, another buddy of mine has a similar experience. his infection most likely went away, but the posses was dreadful and very painful. no pity, no care, and no anesthesia?...

This is the worst dental office Ive been to!The staff at front desk didnt acknowledge or greet when I approached them and they gave an attitude when I asked to make an appointment.I had tried calling to make the appointment but no one ever answered and when they finally did the girl said no one was there to schedule appointments !Whoever management is Needs To seriously get rid of this whole front desk staff and replace them with a professional approachable staff!!

This is probably the worst run dentist’s office I know of. They require pre-treatment quotes for everything, and never follow up with you. My son has been in pain for several days, and they refuse to treat him because they want to make sure they are paid first. I will probably pay out of pocket and have him seen else were.

I went to get some fillings and the dentist treated me like straight garbage I can still see decay under her work! I had Obama care I guess thats why she treated me like that I wouldnt go there again. I have great insurance through work now so Im looking for a nice place to go!

worst dentist ever, i was there last week, the dr was very rude and unprofessional, it seems that he had just return from a carnival the way he was dressed, talked very rude to helper and screamed at receptionist, will not return to see this middle eastern dentist, stay away.
